BEAUTIFUL 1 BEDROOM FLAT HEART OF THE OLD TOWN

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Guest house

Recently renovated, retaining its traditional rustic charm - the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has its own entrance, kitchen, dining and living room space with original stone Charantais fireplace and a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The large windows take advantage of the stunning countryside views and spectacular sunrises. If you are a fan of wildlife you will not be disappointed with regular visitors of deer, red squirrels, migrating cranes and a favourite of ours, the hoopoe.

Cabane bâtie essentiellement avec des matériaux de récupération sur le petit îlot de notre étang. Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Lieu idéal pour se ressourcer, travailler sur un projet, jouer à des jeux de société (2 sur place), profiter d’une personne que l’on aime, pêcher ou se balader dans la nature (parc, forêt, vignoble)… Pour service petit déjeuner et prestations massages voir ci dessous. 👇🏻

Gîte La Marguerite

Ancient Charentaise house from the 18th century, the charm of stone combined with modern comforts with a private terrace overlooking the surrounding hillsides. The village center is within walking distance, there is a quality butcher shop, a bakery, a post office with access to local tourist information, the town hall, a laundromat and a convenience store "SPAR". Lots of things to do in the area. At the crossroads of the Gironde, the Charente-Maritime and the Dordogne.

"LE LOFT" is equidistant from ANGOULEME and BORDEAUX. Finally, the PERIGORD , a must-see, with its historical, cultural and archaeological heritage.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
