Cabin holiday rentals in Childersburg

This cabin on the river was EXACTLY what we were looking for! It was peaceful, private, and spacious. The layout was perfect for having 4 kids playing, the views were spectacular, and everything was very comfortable and cozy. We are already planning our next trip!! It was stocked well, looked like the photos, communication was helpful. Great hosts and home and we are so appreciative of the hospitality for Memorial Day weekend!

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay for a small weekend getaway.

We loved the place, it was super peaceful, everything was in place and clean. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, but we still walked the property when we could and it was very nice and peaceful. We are hoping to get to come back again in the future. Thank you so much!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving and made precious family memories at this cabin! We were able to join our family from TN, GA & AL. There were 9 adults(ages 25-89) and everyone slept comfortably. The 2 bathrooms, beds, linens, towels, bathtub, shower and washer & dryer, 2 ovens, dishwasher, coffee pot, gas grill and heater helped to make this such a easy & comfortable family vacation. The owners have recently upgraded internet and TV so our young adult children were able to work remotely throughout the week. We had chilly weather so the TV came in handy for parade watching, college football games and movies. We took a card table for the sunroom so my 94 yr old mother in-law puzzle wizard was in heaven. The view of the river/lake from the sunroom was AMAZING! The dining table in the sunroom was great as all 9 of us fit! We had a DIY pizza bar, Thanksgiving dinner (ordered from Cracker Barrel in Calera 👍), Retirement Luau and tons of leftovers. Tons of love, laughter & memories made❤️?

Absolutely stunning small cabin to relax in, felt welcoming and comfortable

Annamarie is a very responsive host and very accommodating! The back porch is a true OASIS!! We were able to unwind and relax in a peaceful environment! The furnishings, decor and style of the home provided comfort and coziness! My husband and I plan to come back without the kids next time to enjoy the serenity of the space!

Really nice place to stay. Very cozy. Hosts were very communicative and friendly. Fyi you will probably hear the movement of everyone who stays on the top floor but it’s not anything too crazy!

This place was beautiful and so relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch and listening to the creek. We brought our dog and she loved it, I don’t think she wanted to leave either! The town nearby had a great cafe we enjoyed also. The cabin was overall wonderful! Highly recommend.

Trip for Talladega races was a success thanks to Tony’s place. 20-25 minutes to the super speedway wasn’t a bad drive. Wish we had time to fish since the house is next to a lake. The house itself is great! No issues at all. And the welcome basket was an unexpected, nice touch. Would stay again if we're coming back down.

Maggie, thank you for hosting us at your cabin! Your place was the perfect home away from home. Our kids enjoyed the walk down to the River to swim and fish, and thought the bridge was so cool! I myself loved the screened in porch for my morning coffee and late night relaxation. The linen smelt so wonderful, that was the first thing my husband noticed when he laid down. We will definitely be back!

The place was as advertised. It is a quite secluded cabin on a small pond. The kids brought their fishing gear and had a great time catching the small fish and even a turtle. It is far off the main highway on a gravel road so it was a little difficult to find late at night but just follow the directions Maion provides and you will be fine.

Wonderful renters and place. If you wanna get out in the woods with a elite cabin and alot of nature and peace this is the spot. This is a easy return!

Clean and easy accessibility for our wedding at Springhouse

We stayed there for my son’s fishing tournament. It was close to the launch. I was very peaceful there. We loved it.

We loved, loved this place. We come to this area at least once a year and I think we have found our spot! We are just waiting for our new dates for next year and will book again. Thanks to DeeDee for a great place and being super helpful and responsive through my text.

Great cabin, fully stocked kitchen and bedrooms. Great WiFi in an area with spotty service. Check in and out was easier then hotel booking.

The cleaning fee is insanely high, but perhaps that’s just life on Airbnb… The house was beautiful and comfortable. Exactly as advertised. Simple little restaurant an easy walk down the road. Highly recommend.

We loved our time at the cabin and exploring the surrounding hiking trails. Everything was as listed and very comfortable. We appreciated the sound machines as we had left our daughter’s at home! We did hear the train a few times each day but did not find it disruptive. We would definitely stay again.
