The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. Unser Haus, BJ 1934, wurde 2024 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden viele originale Bestandteile des Hauses, wie z.B. die Vollholztüren, restauriert und wiederverwendet. Mit viel Altholz und kleinen liebevollen Details entstand ein einzigartiges Wohnambiente, das in vielen Bereichen an eine Alm erinnert. Hierbei kommt jedoch der gewohnte Komfort nicht zu kurz. Das Erdgeschoß ist für Rollstuhlfahrer und Gehbehinderte geeignet. Eine Feuerschale im Garten und eine Saunahütte sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Unser Guesthouse liegt absolut ruhig u uneinsehbar am Dorfrand von Törwang mit uneingeschränktem Blick auf die Hochries und ins Inntal. Im Sommer 2020 wurden 2 Niedrig-Energie-Holzhäuser aus heimischen Hölzern komplett schadstofffrei erbaut. Ein Ort des Loslassen, des Durchatmens. Mit eignem Garten u Süd-West-Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen großen Wohnraum mit Schreinerküche, Esstisch und Schlafsofa mit Federkern-Matratze (200 x 160 cm) und einem Schlafzimmer & Bad mit Dusche.

The wonderful Salzburg lake area is approx. 20 minutes away. The world famous Salzkammergut is only 25 minutes away. The guests use the house completely alone. A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.
