House holiday rentals in Chic's Beach, Virginia Beach

The host was so kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The AC ended up not working due to an accidental mishap when she was working on her yard! She was able to get the AC fixed as we arrived to the Air BNB and we had the coolest room ever ( which we love) especially on a hot day! We are thankful for the time she took to get that done ASAP! She also had a wonderful cute cottage with all that you’d need for a short stay! It was equipped with great dishes and all the things you’d need for a perfect stay in a home :) it was extremely clean and decorated nicely for your small family! It also has a beautiful back yard oasis to sit out and relax or go for a swim :) you won’t want to miss this Airbnb!! Located near the beach and a great park and walking paths for you kiddos!! All you need nearby just a short walk away!! It was a great getaway for the weekend with a very kind host who is always there to help if needed :)

This is my 2nd stay in Krystal’s Air BNB. This was the place I knew where I feel safe and comfortable at. The location is close great restaurants and shopping locations. The neighborhood is very quiet. Krystal is responsive, friendly, and respectful. When I do visit VA again I’ll probably be at this particular Air BNB!

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

We had a great family visit at this house. We really enjoyed the pool and whole house was very comfortable and clean! It was nice to just hang all day by the pool or top for a sanctuary from a long day of events. Sabrina was very attentive and responsive with questions and situations, appreciate her flexibility as a host!

The Pool House was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and welcoming! Denise had thoughtful touches like snacks, water, and coffee ready for us when we arrived. Both she and her sweet dog Murphy made us feel right at home. We were also able to check in when we arrived in Sandbridge a little early. The Pool House was ready and waiting. We were in town for a wedding, and when a last-minute issue came up with the newlyweds’ accommodations, Denise was incredibly gracious and allowed us to turn the Pool House over to them. It ended up being the perfect space for the couple to relax for a couple of days before leaving on their honeymoon. The couple and their parents were very grateful for Denise’s kindness and willingness to help. The stress of not having a place to stay on their wedding night melted away. I would absolutely recommend staying here — Denise is a wonderful host, and Murphy is a joy! God bless you, Denise.

This rental property was the ideal spot for our family reunion of 16, ages 8 to 78. This was one of the most well-equipped properties we have stayed at. We have stayed at several rental properties in Sandbridge Beach, VA in previous years, and this is our favorite. The kitchen was well equipped and stocked with essentials (coffee, sugar, creamers, paper towels, toilet paper, regular and beach towels, etc.) The kids loved the game room and outdoor pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and ping pong room. Two big dining tables easily accommodated our group size (8 adults at one and 8 kids at the other). The beds and pillows were all comfortable. Amy, the Operations Manager, was most helpful and very responsive to any of our questions. We plan to return to this property sometime in the future. Definitely a 5-star experience for everyone in our family.

The property is spectacular. Everything about the accommodations was excellent. Not one complaint. Just praise. The host was very friendly and helpful. So were the neighbors!

It was a great place to stay! Super clean and comfortable. Many great places with if walking distances or a short drive. The farmer’s market is a must do! Carrie was super helpful with a question during the stay. We would stay again!

Very nice stay, very nice home and neighborhood. Ideal for a “base camp” to explore all of eastern Virginia and neighboring areas. Sometimes, traveling in this manner, small glitches happen. Most are easily solved with good communication, a responsive host and mutual cooperation. Had a small glitch - easily and quickly solved with these practices. Rented the Airbnb for me and my daughter for Father’s Day weekend. We felt comfortable and right at home. The reservation of peace and comfort was very much appreciated. The host, “Jaimee” was very professional, kind and attentive to any needs upon request. She checked in to see how the check-in process was which was easy and simple. In addition, she checked in to see how well our stay was going which was very much appreciative. She didn’t have to, but the fact that she took the time and initiative was beyond thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this piece of comfort and peace to anyone and would definitely look to rent again in the near future. Great hosts! Very receptive and quick to respond to any questions. House was very clean. Beach Chairs were available to walk across road for easy, not crowded beach access!

This beach house was so beautiful! The location was amazing. The host was very responsive. The house was extremely clean and well organized. We loved the amazing views of the ocean from all the rooms.

This house was perfect for our family of six. Our sons are all tall and this house had plenty of space and beds for everyone. The kitchen was great--I did a lot of cooking and everything was provided that I needed--like pots, pans, serving dishes and the like. plenty of grocery stores nearby too. The beach was two blocks away and clean. We had an issue with the freezer/fridge and they were quick to get it fixed the same day--we were so thankful! This place was really great and we would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend at Brian’s place. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed some down time at the house playing air hockey, having a meal together at the large dining table and walking our dogs on the beach (a very short walk away). The dogs each had their own dog bed and the fenced in yard was a plus! Check in/out was seamless and Brian was very responsive with recommendations and answering any questions that we had. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided the perfect space for our family to make new memories.

Tricia was responsive and very accommodating. It was a pleasure and a breeze to stay at her space. It was clean and stocked with all baby amenities like toys crib and highchair. It was close to the beach and to many attractions.

We have just returned home from Deborah’s place and let me just say, after arriving and walking through the home I could feel the warmth and love poured into this home. It was welcoming and peaceful and awww, before long we were home. Deborah thought of everything to ensure the home is comfortable. This home literally has everything we needed for our entire stay. Such a nice touch! The kitchen had everything, and everything worked flawlessly. Deborah, your attention to detail is a gift!
