You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

This is a newly renovated 1940 house that retains a ton of its original charm. It is conveniently located ~10 minute walk from Enloe hospital and ~10 minute walk to downtown / Chico State.
