The King Peter Z House is a beautifully restored and registered historic home. It has a Mardi Gras theme as it was the home of the twice crowned king of the Order of Osiris. Stylish, elegant, high end details and a relaxing hot tub are all there for your enjoyment. It’s a block from the local Irish pub, Callaghan’s and beautiful dog friendly Washington Square, 6 blocks to downtown and 2 blocks to parade routes. You will absolutely love this premier, location in the “Villages of Springhill”with a fully fenced yard and nice deck, fully stocked kitchen, stylish comfortable furnishings and extra supplies. We have thought of everything you will need for a perfect stay! Pickleball courts, a park/ playground and Maple Street biscuits in walking distance! Close to USA, Springhill College, Mobile Tennis Center, Golf courses, restaurants and more all super close by! We just added more patio furniture!

Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. At this time I am unable to accept local guests from Mobile. 21 and older please! I also have another Airbnb in same complex if this is booked - Gigi Midtown Getaway #2.
