Welcome, I have just over 20 acres of land, mostly wooded. This has now become an active family farm that requires land and livestock maintenance on a daily, you may hear a bit of noise during daylight hours, unless it’s a holiday weekend when my kids visit, those weekends can get a lot louder. I have been trying to keep my kids quiet for nearly 38 years…..if you’re a parent, you understand. Ha. It’s beautiful here, and your comfort is top priority. Beautiful sunsets and the sounds of nature.

The Bird House near Fall Creek Falls State Park

This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. Special note: the house will be decorated for the holiday season!

*19 minutes from Howe Farms wedding venue* This cottage is a quaint getaway on 16 acres. While you'll feel far away, you're actually right in the middle of town with quick access to I-75 + Lee U. Filled with natural light from the many windows, you'll have a view of the rain water creek from your private deck. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living a room with a roku tv, and place to share a meal. This home shares property with our personal home.

Three miles to Cloudland Canyon State Park. Thirty seven minutes to Tennessee aquarium. Convenient to Canyon Grill, Cafe 136, Lookout Mountain Pizza 2 miles ( open Thursday through Saturday). Hiking, hand gliding, caving plus other available activities.

Prayer Cabin

This quiet little quest house is only 6 miles from Dayton. Five boat ramps are located within a 6 mile radius. We will do our very best to make your stay as enjoyable as we can and will provide contact information for cleaning or linen service at check in. There is plenty of room for a boat under the adjacent carport. Outdoor electrical is also available.

And ZOOM works great here! Enjoy peaceful mornings and sunset evenings away from the crowds but close enough to easily take in Chattanooga sights and entertainments. Our cowboy style guesthouse and spacious 31 acres offer a quiet place to get away for a retreat weekend or an extended work stay. We are a great place for families traveling with kids and dogs.

The Carriage House

In the heart of historic Old Town on Signal Mtn, the Carriage House is a charming hideaway built in 1930 and restored in 2014. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.
