Holiday rentals with breakfast in Chickamauga Lake

Wonderful set up and very clean. Good communication from the hosts. Only big issue was that it was located right by very busy train tracks. We booked partially due to the balcony where we could hang out when we put our daughter to bed. Unfortunately, the train tracks were located very close and this would frequently drive us back inside.

This was my family of three’s first time staying in a tiny house. We were a little skeptical that we’d have enough space, but it was perfect. We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch enjoying the peace and quiet in nature. The tiny house was squeaky clean. The queen loft bed was very comfy. Lyn was a great host and was responsive to all of my questions. I loved the way it was decorated and all the attention to detail. We loved this much needed getaway and would definitely stay again in the future!

We enjoyed our stay! It was about 20 minutes from Cloudland Canyon State park and 30 minutes for Chattanooga. Overall very peaceful with drivable distance to things to do!

Brian and Dianne went above and beyond to make their place the perfect stay. Extremely responsive, detailed, great amenities and location, and they even left us a little s’mores kit as a welcome gift. We definitely book again when we come back to the area. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

This place was absolutely perfect for my wife and I. We had a getaway for almost a week and we couldn't have picked a better spot. The place was immaculately clean and the location was GREAT. Far enough away from the action of downtown to have some quiet down time, but close enough to be in the mix within a few minutes. The neighborhood was charming, filled with older, quaint homes with quiet and peaceful residents. Wendy was great as well, offering us an early check in which worked out great because we actually arrived in Chattanooga quite a bit earlier than the usual check-in time. We didn't even ask and she offered it, so we're very thankful for that. The house was also very private, with the small area of woods in the back.

Nice location in the country about 30 minutes from Fall Creek Falls State Park. Loved the hardwood floors, comfy couch, very comfortable bed and enjoyed the sitting area overlooking the front yard. Game night for both evenings making use of the oversized coffee table. Shady backyard that our dog could enjoy. We were able to pick ripe black raspberries(THANK YOU 😉). Kitchen has a nice long counter with coffee pot & hot water heater on one side of sink and micro & toaster oven on other end. Appreciated the nice dishes. Kitchen is a little tight for the table, table did work for three adults. Gas grill is convenient out the back garage door. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Kathy and David have created a comfortable and tidy getaway in picturesque surroundings, way off the beaten path. The townhouse features upscale decor and bedding. The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating, providing plenty of support for our special request.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Tiffany's place! The location was perfect, the space was clean and well-maintained, and Tiffany was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She has the coffee station fully stocked, little treats like popcorn, snack cakes and even ice pops in the freezer for the kids! The highlight for us was the hottub with the deck lighting. It was so nice and relaxing in this beautiful, country setting. Highly recommend!

The riverfront was so beautiful and we really enjoyed going to the dock multiple times a day to see the fish and insects and birds with our 2yo. We enjoyed having a retreat without wifi and phone service. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and let us charge our car. It’s great to stay somewhere with human hosts instead of the faceless companies running so many AirBnBs nowadays. Just a note that it’s on the north side of the river, a ways out of town; I thought it was the south before we got the location and it makes a big difference for estimating drive times. Folks familiar with the area probably wouldn’t make that mistake ;)

Our stay was wonderful. It was in a great neighborhood that felt safe and comfortable. The house itself was beautiful and the location was convenient. It was close to everything we needed. The host was very helpful, accommodating and responded quickly. Definitely will stay here again!

We enjoyed the space enough that we were able to just hang out between our ventures out to family and activities. Wifi password was not readily available and a microwave was missing. Otherwise the design was very nice. Bath area was great. Fridge/freezer and coffee/tea items were packed full of treats/supplies. Great selections on the TV..... Their restaurant is different and excellent. The winery portion is not available nor operating, but the wines were very good.

The Paulynesian is a cute place in a convenient location to several neighborhood spots on the north side of Chattanooga. The living area is open and spacious with great hardwood floors and the bedroom and bath are comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The furniture is a little "shop worn" but serviceable. Nice little front porch. Steep drop with trees in back.

Very nice studio apartment with large room and large bathroom. 2 of us stayed 2 nights. Had all we needed and was in very good condition. Didn't get to meet the owners, but they were very helpful when needed.

Kim’s place is a quiet retreat away from the city. The decor is thoughtful, and made us feel welcome. I slept well in the comfy bed, and the shower is excellent. I would definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

Very thoughtful, proactive, responsive, and considerate host. We had an exciting time with all the games she had lined up for her guests.

We had an amazing stay, the place was easy to find and was not too far from fall creek falls! Tina was responsive and breakfast was provided every morning. The rooms are very cozy. My guest and I arrived late into the night and had no issue with our self check in, Tina’s instructions were very clear. Tina is very friendly. I recommend staying at this location😁

We had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful, clean, and so comfortable and the staff (Rachel) was the icing on the top. She was so sweet and kind and made delicious breakfasts for us. We are trying to plan a return trip already! The peace and quiet is amazing here, massages were so needed and the most comfortable bed ever.

We rented the whole place for Sewanee Family Weekend. The house was enormous. The kitchen was well-appointed. All Saints is a five minute walk away. Susan and Greg were friendly and responsive.

Mr. Gary and his wife were wonderful. We had nice conversation. They made us a lovely breakfast. They were very pleasant to sit down and talk with.

Beautiful property and we enjoyed the private suite. It was perfect for us but do note that the stairs could be steep for some folks. We completely disconnected with no tv, no laptops, and no phones. Just a couple books and the sounds of the animals outside. We rated everything 5 star but remember you are on a farm in the middle of the country. While they have WiFi onsite your GPS will be hit or miss in the area. We explored the waterfalls and hiking but had to use a map on occasion . Plan ahead! Expect a few bugs out in the country also. If you are sensitive to that I would bring bug spray. Fall creek Falls was incredible. It’s roughly 15 minutes away and if you are physically able to handle strenuous hiking the base of the falls was quite the experience. It’s pretty dicey navigating the jagged wet rocks. If you pass the Butter Dish restaurant in your travels be sure to stop in. It’s country cooking at its finest to include some incredible dessert options.

This trip was amazing! My girlfriend and I needed a get away and recharge. The location was perfect with a beautiful setting and climate. The host Sheree was great and Jennifer was a wonderful massage therapist and full of holistic wisdom. I highly recommend her treatments and her knowledge. She was a fantastic host for us making all our moments personal, special, and memorable. We shared knowledge and created new relationships. Chateau Bee our personal chef was superb in her culinary arts and created the most delicious nutritious Ketogenic meals which further fueled our experience making it that much better she is also very sweet accommodating an absolutely amazing chef! I would gladly pay the extra to have her cook because if your love food like I do you taste the passion and love in her cooking, they both were amazing and wonderful! We loved the ambiance from the worldly treasures collected by Mrs. Sheree, the sauna and infrared sauna cleared our skin and gave us a much needed glow so much so we have purchased our own light for the home. We were close to many trails and enjoyed the beautiful scenery it was the perfect get away the experience was incredible, just unforgettable, we will return at least once a year for our recharge the best part is this place is accommodating for anyone for any occasion, they made my birthday special and unique they made our anniversary romantic with candles and petals, the works! They were just amazingly accommodating we couldn't be happier!

Great place to stay near downtown and Lee University. Walkable to events at Lee and restaurants in downtown. The cafe is also nice and a great breakfast. Tim was quick to respond and helpful.

This was the PERFECT getaway for celebrating my mom's 80th birthday! We had 6 people from 20-80 and every one of us loved it. We played games, ate a lot (The food was AMAZING!!! You won't be sorry if you order food from the hostess/chef instead of going out. Did I say the food was amazing? Lol) We got to pet the farm animals, did some porch swinging, and enjoyed all the cute, sweet, fun, pretty stuff, interesting stuff etc everywhere you look. Also, the hostess Deborah went out of her way to decorate specifically for my mother and made her (& all of us:) feel special. I hope we can make this an annual event!
