I had really a fantastic experience staying at Alok’s place! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting to goa.

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The stay was amazing which felt right like Home, was missing home cooked food but for our surprise there was a kitchen with all that we need to prepare food. Had an amazing experience.⭐⭐

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb. My wife, daughter, and I felt like we were in a luxurious home rather than a rental. The apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and exceptionally clean. Every detail was taken care of – from the cozy bedrooms to the fully equipped kitchen. It felt warm, welcoming, and elegant all at once. One of the best parts was the building’s swimming pool – clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. My daughter absolutely loved it, and we all enjoyed spending time there. The entire place gave us a peaceful, homely vibe with all the comforts of a premium hotel. The host was also very friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout our stay. We had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a quiet, luxurious, and memorable stay. Can’t wait to come back again!

This place is worth every penny and felt right at home with beautiful view and all the extra amenities. The neighborhood is friendly and while you enjoy the luxury of the view still you wouldn't feel away or alone because it is right in the middle of the siolim with helpful neighbours. A Hidden Gem in Goa—Must Visit Again! We absolutely loved our stay at Tarunpreet’s beautiful home! Nestled in an absolute gem of a location, the property is superbly placed—peaceful and serene, yet close to everything you'd want access to in North Goa. The aesthetics of the apartment were stunning—every corner thoughtfully done up with attention to detail. The space was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the pictures. Tarunpreet was a warm and proactive host, offering helpful tips, restaurant recommendations (we especially loved Bungalow 7). Our dog Lucky had the time of his life too—his mornings and evenings were spent happily perched on the balcony, mesmerized by the garden below. It brought us so much joy to see him at peace and curious in such a lovely, pet-friendly space.The pool was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the entire complex felt safe and private. We can’t wait to be back—with more friends, family, and, of course, Lucky. Thank you ❤️🙏🏻

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We had a great time and the place was perfect for our family with two big dogs. We experienced the wilderness, and had the comfort at the same time. The host and care taker were great and helpful. Francis helped us with food (boiled chicken) for the dogs every evening and that was a huge plus for us. The pool and jacuzzi made the stay entirely worthwhile. Finally the house has a great layout and they have done well with the details. We will look forward to being back at this place.

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

This villa was definitely one of the highlights of our Goa trip! The place was absolutely beautiful and the air hockey table, foosball table, the unlimited coffee and tea were all a bonus! Shout out to Suresh Bhaiya, the caretaker, who was there to help us out with everything. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to spend a comfortable time in south Goa!

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

The stay was just as expected and the host Ritu is fab... the price met my expectations would recommend if you want a super host and a strees free stay along with not hurting your pocket simple msg the host.... ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The little thoughtful touches – like live plants and welcome note – made all the difference. The location was peaceful and scenic, yet still conveniently close to everything I needed – restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I especially loved waking up to the gorgeous view every morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony. And the private pool was really enjoyable. This stay exceeded all my expectations. I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, charming getaway. I’m already planning my return visit!

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
