Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Chiavari

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Laura is an amazing host and her house in the hills above Portofino is really a special, private place. She offers shuttle service as the house is only reachable by walk or her extra small car and you can always reach out to her for anything. She gave us great recommendations for the area and she and her family are such nice people. This place is a gem!

La casa di Giacomo ci ha regalato un weekend di pace e tranquillità. Immersa nel verde, a circa 10 minuti di auto da Moneglia, è perfetta per una coppia che vuole godersi un momento di pace. Pulizia impeccabile e host proattivo nelle comunicazioni.

Sehr schön angelegtes Grundstück mit toller Terrasse mit der Möglichkeit zu grillen. Im Haus alles neu und sehr sauber! Das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und der Weg zur Villa ist mit dem Auto und dank der super Anfahrtsbeschreibung kein Problem. Rapallo hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Einziger negativer Punkt für uns war, dass man die Autobahn hört (innen zum Schlafen kein Problem.) Sonst alles perfekt!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und zwei Babys in der schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, der Garten wunderschön und großzügig, der Blick sagenhaft und die Ruhe ein Genuss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Kommunikation war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr schnell und hilfreich - auch bezüglich Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Wir kommen gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank!

Notre séjour chez Rita a été parfait. Son appartement, son environnement sont parfaits pour un départ de Levanto pour visiter les cinq terre. Rita est très agréable et toujours présente si nécessaire avec une petite attention à notre arrivée et de bons conseils. Très jolie maison agencée avec gout et fidèle aux photos et descriptif. Rita a une magnifique collection de BonsaÏs . Nous remercions Rita pour cet agréable séjour et je recommande fortement cette adresse si vous voulez visiter les cinq terres.

I fell in love with the photos of this home in Camogli and once I was there the reality was even more beautiful than my dreams. What I loved: the athmophere of Home, the magic garden, the cleaness and accuracy of details, and the dragonflies at night that looked like dancing stars. A midsummer night dream. We loved Luca’s place. It’s a spacious apartment with an amazing view on the sea. And we loved Corniglia, it’s the most quiet place in Cinque Terre and is perfectly located to go hiking around. It also has what we thought was the best rocky spot for bathing and swimming (and it’s just a few steps from the apartment!). Luca is a nice host and has given us great recommendations (the bar/restaurant on the way to the sea is a must!). We are still dreaming about our week there…will definitely come back!

Amamos nuestra estadía en la villa de Stefano! El apartamento es muy comodo, con todo lo que necesitas para sentirte a gusto. La vista es MARAVILLOSA, un sueño y un gran privilegio. Si tienes la oportunidad de reservar no dudes en hacerlo. Andy estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. PD: Hay que subir muchas escaleras, asi que si vas con personas mayores tal vez pueda ser un obstáculo, pero vale completamente la pena.

Excellent logement a proximité de tout a pied. La gare est à moins de 5 mn. idéal pour les visites de villages. Fabio a pris beaucoup de temps pour nous donner les conseils afin de découvrir la région

Un apartamento muy bonito, con unas vistas preciosas y Monia y Francesca fueron muy amables con nosotros. Muy recomendado!

We stayed for 4 nights and never had a bad moment. Getting to the train was easy. Walking along the trails was amazing, the pasta downstairs is a win! We had crepes every day for breakfast. Swimming to cool off before relaxing on the balcony with local wine was a win!

Wir waren eine Woche bei Paolo und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Für eine Gruppe ist das Haus perfekt, die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet und der Garten und Pool sind wunderschön. Paolo ist ein sehr sehr netter Host und war immer gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Der Aufenthalt bei Alessandro und Diego war sehr schön. Es war alles sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet (auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, etc.), im Bad gab es Shampoo und Duschgel, generell viel Platzangebot,…. Zur Lage: zu Fuß kann man eher nicht viel erreichen, das stört uns aber nicht, da wir immer mit dem Auto unterwegs sind. Supermarkt ist ca 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt, der nächste Strand ca 15-20 min, … Es ist zu erwähnen, dass von 11 Nächten 2-3 Abende (20-23 Uhr vielleicht) Militärübungen auf dem nahegelegenen millitärgelände gemacht worden sind, was schon sehr laut war (Hubschrauber). Ansonsten gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Ringsum sieht man zahlreiche Hügel, im Garten kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen und durch den tollen Grill und Backofen draußen richtig toll kochen / grillen. I'm not usually one to give a rave review but, if you're looking for a private retreat surrounded by natural beauty so you can focus on time with your family and/or friends while still having easy access to the local towns, this place is perfection. It marries old world charm with modern amenities seamlessly. We are already thinking about our next trip back so we can stay here again!

This Villa was by far the best Airbnb we stayed in as part of our family vacation to Italy. We are a group of 9, including 1 baby and 2 small children, and the Villa was perfect for our stay. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and the patio was perfect for our Chef prepared dinner. Thomas and Enrico were amazing hosts and super responsive to any questions. The Villa is walkable to the Towne Center, train station, and grocery store. We HIGHLY recommend the Villa and hope to be able to return someday.

Situé dans un petit village pittoresque, à proximité de l'église, le logement de Graziella et Alberto est très agréable. Il offre grâce à ses terrasses une multitude de vues sur les visages perchés alentours et sur la mer. A quelques kilomètres de Levanto, il permet d'effectuer de magnifiques balades dans les Cinque Terre et de trouver le soir venu un havre de paix et de tranquillité. Je recommande ce logement.

Stefano è stato un host super gentile e disponibile. Ci ha accolto nella sua splendida casa con vista spettacolare sul golfo del Tigullio: un vero quadro tra alba e tramonto, difficile andar via! La casa era molto ordinata e curata, e al mattino ci ha fatto trovare una focaccia ligure calda per colazione, un pensiero davvero speciale. È stato un soggiorno piacevolissimo, speriamo di tornare presto!

Tres beau logement. Nous avons bien profité de la maison et du jardin. Nous étions 3 couples d'amis et la maison était parfaitement adaptée. Tres bel accueil de Ivo (encore merci pour le vin, les focaccias et les bons conseils pous les excursions).
