Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Located 6 km from the center of Agnone, near the 'Ancient Copper Foundries' and the 'Cascate del Verrino', this beautiful country house is part of a large property located in the GREEN wonderful nature of Up per Molise, next to a river and inside a beautiful wood. It can accommodate six people, with EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Your pets are welcome. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.
