The full amenities, along with the proximity of a shop and a public transport station, turn the location into an extremely affordable and convenient. The host stands out for communicative and attention to detail, bringing added hospitality that makes a difference. The only aspect that may pose a challenge is parking: only a few spots are available on the cement, and on rainy days this can generate discomfort.
