Holiday rentals with a patio in Chiaia, Napoli

Francesco was a fantastic host. He was very helpful with getting us checked into the property and giving us a guide for the local area. All the information provided on his website was a great touch and gave us more ideas. The property would have been difficult to find, but we met at a nearby bar and walked over together. The apartment itself was great. It felt very secluded despite being in the middle of Naples. There was a nice sun terrace, and air conditioning which was very effective (it was a 30 degree hot spell when we were there). The bed and bedding was comfortable. A small kitchen was there, with some supplies if needed. The only downside, and it is a small one, is that the shower head is a little bit low if you are tall (I am 195cm and it was slightly too low). Otherwise, great place to stay. Thank you Francesco, and we look forward to staying with you again.

Antonio was a wonderful host! He accommodated for us on relatively last minute, and made sure that we got to the location with clear directions and clear instructions for check in! The unit is in great condition and very quiet, making it a great spot for rest and recovery after either long travels or busy days in Napoli! The location is convenient for the airport, and also is accessible to public transport to get to the Spanish quarters or port districts for more access to other locations across the city! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely look to be hosted by Antonio again the next time we are in the city!

I had a great stay at Vincenzo's and Francesca's. They are very communicative, kind, and helpful. They went out of their way to help me get a taxi and made my check- in very smooth. For anything I needed, they were there. The place is also very comfortable. The neighborhood did feel a bit sketchy at night but nothing really happened and I felt welcome.

We only stayed for one night but it was the perfect location for a night in Naples. Check in was very well instructed and the apartment was compact and good for the night we stayed. Thank you!

Amazing host and very nice place

We had an excellent at stay at Michele’s place with a big family group of 6 — including a 1.5-year toddler. The Airbnb is extremely clean (truly flawless!) and well-located (very safe, just a few minutes from the Naples Int’l airport, perfect for a night layover), and we found all bedrooms and the baby crib well-equipped with comfortable, new and clean linens and towels. We felt incredibly safe and warmly welcome. Michele is a fabulous host: he’s is kind and attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel at home and always communicated really well. He shared wonderful tips about Naples (including his favorite pizzeria and places where we could grab a coffee nearby in the morning) and was very kind to let us check out flexibly as we needed some extra time to feed and prepare our child for a long roadtrip. We strongly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Naples and the surrounding area! Grazie mille, Michele!

I had a wonderful two-day stay at La Pausea Suite. The view on the Vesuvio and Capri from the suite is absolutely spectacular, and the flat has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Everything was beautifully designed, making the stay truly memorable. The only thing to note is that the traffic noise can be a bit noticeable at times, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall this place exceeded my expectations. I needed a place to stay close to the Airport and this was it. I anticipated staying in a nearby hotel but after having stayed here I realized the hotel would have been a mistake. Roberto's apartment was comfortable and had everything I needed. It was quiet despite being close to the airport. It would also serve as a nice base for Napoli as a whole as the Airport bus gets you n to the city center in about 20 minutes and is an 8 minute walk from the stop to the apartment. Check in was easy and Roberto was readily available. The bed was very comfortable which was an added bonus as I had been driving all day. All in all, good value and comfortable stay.

Great location near the Maradona stadium. Great accommodation to stay in if you choose to attend events at the stadium, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Ciro is a courteous and attentive host available to meet every need. The indoor parking space is very convenient, the area is very quiet. Clean and tidy accommodation. Highly recommended!!

Biagio was a perfect host. He was so attentive and always ready to help. The apartment was also amazing. Everything was in walking distance, from great pastries shops to amazing pizzerias. You could also reach Herculaneum by foot its truly a place worth visiting. Our stay could not be more perfect.

She communicated very well. We had a problem on wifi but she helped us immediately. The place was really clean. Though the place was a little bit far from the city center, it was walkable and the neighborhood was safe.

Simply beautiful flat with the best view ever! Highly recommend this property. Gennaro is more than helpful with every aspect of visiting Bacoli. We chose not to have a rental car and he arranged local drivers for us. Thanks so much for adding to an already amazing vacation for us!

Staying at Ciro's house was great. I booked because I saw all reviews with 5 stars and that gave me confidence. The house was impeccable clean, good bathrooms and bed, and the instructions of Ciro were very clear. Having garage was very convenient. As Ciro also recommended me, I suggest guests to rent a small car, so that it's easier to park. Thats also recommended anyway if you want to visit Naples center. Ciro was always available to answer or to help with everything. So it's confirmed: 5 stars in all

Great apartment with everything you need. It's a great place designed nicely and huge patio. It's clear that this is an experienced host. Every detail is planned in the apartment and you have all that you need. It's very close to the metro and 20 min directly to the center of Napoli. We parked the car in the attached parking spot and used the metro.

The house was amazing! Very clean and exactly as described. Louka was a fantastic host—he welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the parking and the apartment. The location of the house was excellent, right next to a train station that’s about 20–25 minutes from the city center. Everything you might need is within walking distance. We would definitely choose this house again!

Laura‘s place is a fantastic apartment in one of the most beautiful parts of Napoli. Well at first it might seem like it’s not in a convenient location. There is a bus connection just a minute outside of the apartment plus several metro stations are a short walk through fantastic neighborhoods. Department itself has a beautiful view of the sea, and Napoli. we thoroughly enjoyed looking out through the big beautiful windows. Everything about the apartment is cozy. The furniture the lights everything totally great. Bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for any meal. Our hosts were extremely communicative, responsive, and friendly. There was a slight issue with the shower, and they quickly remedied it. Totally great! Overall, we highly recommended this apartment and will hopefully be returning soon!

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

We loved Stefano‘s flat - it was perfect for a long weekend in Naples. Very clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Stefano was a great host who was very helpful and responsive! We felt that he went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Naples. Can also recommend the location. Vomero is a lovely neighbourhood, very green with lots of restaurants and cafes.
