Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Chiaia, Napoli

Die Unterkunft von Gaia und Piero liegt wirklich außergewöhnlich schön mit einem Rundumblick auf den Golf von Neapel. Von der Lage her, der schönste Platz auf der Insel. Total ruhig und trotzdem ist alles drumherum schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Wir haben unsere Woche dort sehr genossen. Herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber!

Villa Amura was exactly as described. and was very comfortable, close to supermarkets, restaurants etc. There was a problem with the wifi on arrival but this was sorted straight away.

We hebben 6 dagen genoten bij Adriana, we voelde ons helemaal thuis. Appartement was ruim, fijne bedden, heerlijk ontbijt in het ☀️ Mooie tuin, zwembad is deze week weer in orde gemaakt ( helaas nog te koud om te zwemmen) Adriana is erg gastvrij en heeft een warm ❤️, ze heeft ons naar de trein gebracht en een leuk en lekker restaurant als tip gegeven. In de buurt een groot winkelcentrum, heb 4 keer gekookt, prima om te doen in de uitgebreide keuken. Huis ligt centraal maar een auto is zeker nodig. We zijn twee keer gaan wandelen bij de Amalfikust, Napels bezocht,Herkalion/ Vesuvius,Pompeii. Adriana heeft een “ wijnmuur”, twee wijntjes geproefd van de lokale wijn 🍷 Adriana en familie bedankt voor de goede zorgen 😘

Staying at this beautiful home in Conca dei Marini was an absolute dream, elevated to an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible hospitality of Raffaele. To call him a super host feels like an understatement – he is, without a doubt, the ultimate host. From the moment our booking was confirmed, Raffaele's communication was proactive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful. He regularly checked in leading up to our arrival, ensuring we had all the information we needed. Once we arrived, his local knowledge proved invaluable. His recommendations for restaurants, hidden gems, and must-see spots along the Amalfi Coast were spot-on, offering insights we wouldn't have found in any guidebook. He truly helped us experience the region like locals. The home itself is truly remarkable. The views of the Amalfi Coast are simply breathtaking, a constant source of awe. The property offers a wonderful sense of privacy and quiet, allowing for peaceful relaxation after a day of exploration.

Olindo was a wonderful host who went above and beyond. He provided us with information on the train and bus systems, left us fruits and wine in the fridge, and offered to drive us back to the train station. The place was as described, and we took advantage of the calm terrace with beautiful views. The only thing to note is that the place is up on a hill, so be prepared to walk 15-20 minutes up/down to town center or wait for the (infrequent) bus at the nearby bus stop. It was not a big problem for us to walk, but it may not be ideal for everyone. We also loved the town of Vico Equense– it had a slower pace than other nearby tourist locations. Highly recommend staying at Olindo's place.

Rosanna was an amazing host She went out of her way and picked us up...although the address listed on this posting was incorrect. I did point this out so I hope she does correct it. Forio is a great location for Ischia. Close to Poseidon thermal baths, Mortella Gardens, Sant' Angelo and great restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Had an absolutely fantastic 10 days here. The views are just breathtaking, the house clean and comfortable, the area serene and authentic. Salvatore and Carmella offer (very appreciated) free transfers from town on arrival and departure and were very responsive and accommodating hosts. Our children loved playing on the grounds with their friendly dog Oreste and we went on day trips to Pompeii and Vesuvius, a brilliant boat trip along the Amalfi coast, beautiful hikes to Bagni I Regina and Fiorda di Crapolla as well as to beaches at Vico and Sorrento either on foot or public transport directly from the property. Perfect base for travellers who want to see these sights and have easy access to trains, buses and ferries. We loved the path down to Sorrento and soon became adept at bounding back up, though I would imagine this would be tough in hot weather and it does require a certain level of fitness (or some sugar for children!). A holiday we will always treasure. Grazie mille!

This little villa is situated in a secure-gated, beautiful little garden in a very built up area surrounded by apartment blocks. Private entrance and a patio area for guests. Literally 2 minutes walk from train station and Ticket shops for Tours to Vesuvius and boat tours. It's a city stay, so can be loud from traffic. 10-15 minutes walk straight down the high street down from the roundabout is Herculaneum. Lots of restaurants and cafes. Local markets which host told us about. Delicious gelato shop 2 or 3 doors down. There is a supermarket around 5 minutes away (Euro-spin). Really friendly host who answered queries immediately and even waited for us for a couple of hours when we got lost in Naples Train station! Showed us where everything in the villa was and how to use the washing machine which was very handy.

absolutely fabulous. yes you have to get the funicular, yes there is an elevator up to the apartment, yes there are some steps.....but absolutely worth it. The apartment is spacious and exceptionally equipped. all toiletries provided. Kitchen well equipped with a full oven. It is clean and well furnished. 2 bedrooms. And the view from the top balcony is amazing. It's not just a balcony, there is seating, a dining table and BBQ. It's close to the Spanish Quarter with the hustle and bustle, shops, bars, restaurants. But quiet and secluded. We sat on the balcony every evening looking over Naples. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Loved it

Logement très spacieux situé au 3e étage sans ascenseur avec une grande terrasse. Malgré le trafic de l'avenue, le logement est très silencieux. La literie est de très bonne qualité et nous avons apprécié la climatisation avec ces fortes chaleurs. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte. Il faudra pensez à la taxe de séjour (en liquide) pour les touristes étrangers. L'accès au métro est très facile et permet de rejoindre le centre et la navette reliant à l'aéroport sans problème.

We had a wonderful stay at Mauro's place. It's a very special space, and we were welcomed warmly. The roof terrace in particular is wonderful. Would recommend to anyone exploring Napoli.

Ich habe im Apartament zehn Tage verbracht (alleinreisende Frau). Dies war eine wunderbare Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, hell, blitzsauber, sehr ruhig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Von der wirklich großen Terrasse hat man drei verschiedene tolle Panoramablicke. Das Appartament befindet sich mitten in Vomero, wenige Minuten von der Metrostazion entfernt. Mehrere Restaurants und Bars sowie Supermarket sind in der unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern ist einwandfrei abgelaufen. Check-in und -out können selbständig erledigt werden. Ich kann dieses Appartament ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen und würde selber sehr gern bei meinem nächsten Neapelaufenthalt hier bleiben.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona hermosa, cercana a todo lo necesario. A pesar de encontrarse en una calle muy transitada, turística y con muchos negocios, el interior es sorprendentemente silencioso y tranquilo, lo que permite descansar sin inconvenientes. Cuenta con un patio y una terraza comunitaria desde donde se puede disfrutar de una vista espectacular de la ciudad. La atención fue excelente: siempre estuvieron atentos y dispuestos a resolver cualquier inconveniente que surgiera durante la estadía. Como sugerencias para mejorar aún más la experiencia, recomendaría revisar la ducha ya que el agua varia la presión y cuesta regular la temperatura. Sin dudas volvería y lo recomiendo completamente. ¡Muchas gracias por recibirnos y por la atención brindada!

Siamo state benissimo, la strada è tosta ma fattibile, nessun problema con il mio cane (però considerate che ci sono dei gatti che frequentano le zone esterne, soprattutto la sera), Fabio ci ha accolte con gentilezza ed è stato super disponibile, la vista è stupenda e ci sono tanti spazi per apprezzarla, sia da sole che in compagnia. Ci sarebbe piaciuto sperimentare il forno a legna, sarà per la prossima volta!

Ohne Zweifel einer der schönsten Unterkünfte, in denen ich bisher war. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und der Blick auch. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und hat wirklich alles, was man braucht! Wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, komme ich gerne wieder hierher!

Valeria is a national treasure. Her house is really beautiful, especially once you know its history and is -- as the ad already mentions -- pretty secluded, offering great views. It's clean, nicely decorated and has the most beautiful views, as well as an amazing restaurant next to it. The road to get up the mountain is indeed quite steep and can be pretty scary if you're not an experienced (moped) driver. We had a minor accident getting up there and needed to get to the ER to get some stitches, but it was no problem at all because Valeria helped us with every step along the way. We ended up having dinner all together and it was so fun. All in all, I'd really recommend the Valeria as a host and her home as a holiday destination, given that you're comfortable and able to drive up a pretty steep hill. :)

Rodolfo is very laid back. he picked us up three minutes from the location to make sure we would get to the location in one go and was very responsive to our every needs. he has a lovely place with views over Naples and the bay. Such a present to wake up to this view!
