Small cozy apartment in a charming village classified Pierres et Eaux, ideal for 2 pers. possibility to add 1 person with extra charge (1 bed 140 + 1 folding bed 1 person in the same room)located on the dock of the port on the banks of the Charente, opposite the Île de la Grenouillette with its famous miniature boats and inflatable games. Shops accessible on foot. We live in the same building with our son. Bike garage. Cacao transformation workshop and rums tasting by reservation €25/pers.

The cottage: La Séguinette A lively, refreshing place where a stream flows, home to frogs, kingfishers etc... you will have access to your hosts' swimming pool (June to mid-September) access hours between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. plancha and garden furniture will be at your disposal. Located 12 km from Saintes which is crossed by the Charente in the Saintonge. 1 hour from the Atlantic Ocean (La Rochelle, Royan, La Palmyre, Île d'Oléron) and near Cognac in the Charente region.

Le Castel Silence - 9000 m² park - Air conditioning

Forget your worries in this spacious and functional space. Its large living room on the ground floor includes a dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and sitting area. Upstairs is a very large bedroom with dressing room, sitting area and shower room. Outside you can have your meals in your living room or in the 9000 m² park that you will have to share with the owners and two other cottages. A 45 m² swimming pool is also available for your use.

Take a break at this detached studio attached to our house. It comes with a sofa bed. The entrance is totally independent, it overlooks a small terrace and a watercourse ( noise from the flow of water, wildlife and nature).
