We had an overall great stay at Sam’s place! My group and I were only in town for one night for a concert and this place accommodated us very well. It was exactly as described and everything was clean. It may seem small but it holds 6 people very comfortably! It was easy to find and easy to check-in. Thank you for hosting us and accommodating and early check-in!

Our stay here was fantastic! Very close to the beach which you can walk to, and only a short drive away from the waterfront that has great restaurants and lots to do! The place itself was clean, quiet and the perfect size for 2 people. If you’re looking for something with great amenities for the size, and in a great location this is it!

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the space, the amenities, and the location! It is a great location for those who want to enjoy the ocean front while having more space for your family. The laundromat is convenient and you now can pay using your phone by scanning QR code. Shawna is helpful and responds quickly to any questions. Overall a great experience!

The place was great it had everything that we needed it was walking distance to the beach

We loved our stay at Jule’s place. She was incredibly helpful with local recommendations and perfect communication. Her spot was well located for our visit to False Cape State Park. Would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing!. Sierra's place was impeccable. The place was spotless, just as advertise in the pictures. I'll be booking again soon.

Then entire townhome was super clean, very well decorated and thoughtfully organized. Enjoyed the Keurig coffee with creamers and kids loved the complimentary snacks and juices! Beach towels, chairs, toys everything were provided! We were able to walk to the beach in 7-8 mins and enjoyed dining at some wonderful restaurants in the area! We had a great trip overall and enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! We we're here for almost a month. I brought quite a few things I thought we would need, but in reality, we didn't need much of anything! They thought of pretty much everything. The only thing I wish I would've brought for this longer stay was my personal blender because I use it daily. Being steps away from the beach was an added bonus, too! The apartment looks exactly like the pictures! I felt safe here and our vehicles were safe as well. The cameras on the property made me feel safe, too. Pip is an amazing host! Very responsive and incredibly helpful. I would stay here again in heartbeat!

Location, location, location! Being right on the beach and having such a beautifully cultivated outdoor space was so nice! Really enjoyed amenities like the outdoor shower, beach chairs, and the hot tub.

Christine was an amazing host. She almost immediately responded to any and all questions I had. House was very clean and quiet. Would stay again if ever in the area!

Good location, good amenities, and helpful staff

I can't say enough about this home and host. Location is perfect; very short walk to the beach, restaurants, convenient stores, shops, etc!!!! Our family of five fit very comfortably with room for one more. Robin was tremendously easy to communicate with and accomodating. We had to leave a day early and she kindly refunded one day for us without me even asking her to do so!!! We visit Virginia Beach every year and will never stay at another property!!!!

This place was beautiful and cute I feel like they should show the actual pictures instead of using Ai because it’s very beautiful inside and outside. Peaceful environment and friendly atmosphere. It’s also very quiet for the most part. I loved the gym that was there as well! My only thing is I wish the washing machine and dryer worked as we went to the beach and had to wash and dry some clothes other then that it’s absolutely gorgeous and perfect for family and friends.

Patricia was a warm and thoughtful host. She communicated clearly, gave great local tips, and even provided charcoal for the grill. Her kindness made our stay in Norfolk especially enjoyable.

Enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay again!! Beautiful and comfortable interior with so many option for things to do on site. Great area of town.

Had a great time in Williamsburg, VA. Staying at Michael’s place made it an easy place to rest and recharge in between activities. Having multiple pool options was delightful, we swam and soaked almost every night we were there. Sitting on the private back porch in the mornings with my coffee under the crepe Myrtle was idyllic. The entire place was super clean, inside and outside. And most importantly, the beds were high quality and comfortable!

It's exactly what you are looking for. Quiet, private, and surprisingly spacious. Aimee is a great host she is very up front about everything gives great details on check-in and locating everything. once we walked into the condo it was the little things setup that made the stay very easy to get settled, she is a very thoughtful and you can tell that she cares about her condo and your stay. I highly recommend staying here.

We used this space while our home was being worked on, do it was more of a “staycation” and did not use all of the amenities. The space was clean and newly renovated, so we were pleased with how nice things were. I highly recommend it for people visiting the Williamsburg area. Great location to Busch Gardens, W&M, etc. The only negative is that it is a time share, and they don’t take no for an answer.

We absolutely loved our stay . The Condo was beautiful and Eddi was kind she allowed me and my sister to check in early. The beach at Sandbridge is lovely we had a nice time .

Great spot and amazing location. Super responsive host but still very private location for the set up. The porch sitting paid for itself ! Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The accommodations greatly exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean and cozy. The check-in office staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and highly responsive to our needs. Overall, we were very satisfied with the vacation resort property and we highly recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful place, close to everything, the only dislike is we saw roaches on our last 2 days of our stay. Than we notice the roach traps.
