The Seaglass Cottage by the Bay is located in the charming & beautiful neighborhood of Ocean Park just a quick 5-10 minutes stroll to the Chesapeake Bay beach. Our vintage beach house from the 1940’s has been fully remodeled and decorated in local art and beach décor. There are beautiful live oaks on the property and 3 private parking spaces for you and some first-come-first-serve street parking in front of the house. Easy load in with a ramp into the house and a mudroom for all your beach toys.

We can't adequately describe how romantic & carefree it feels to step aboard our sail boat. After a wonderful meal at the marina seafood restaurant our guests love to snuggle up together on deck and watch the sunset turn the sky pink & purple with a glass of bubbly. The marina atmosphere is simply magical & you'll love sleeping to the gentle sway of calm waters. Come enjoy a night aboard this amazingly cozy & romantic sail boat. Convenient to Norfolk & Virginia Beach, the location is prime!

Private Beach Access at The OV Beach House

Here at the OV Beach House, you have your own private access to the beach and STUNNING water views of the Chesapeake Bay. The sunrises and sunsets are incredible! My husband and I renovated the interior of the house this past year. We poured all of our love (and sweat) designing and crafting a home away from home with you in mind!! You'll find the kitchen stocked with all of the essentials. Towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are all provided. Can accommodate up to 8 people.

Welcome to Ocean Beach House! Nestled right in the heart of Chic's Beach. 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beach house with a large hangout spot in the back yard. Plenty of parking space. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK this unit if you intend to play loud music or host a gathering. Strict Quiet hours 10pm-8am. By making this booking, you agree to forfeit a minimum of $2500 to deploy private security and/or law enforcement for immediate removal of you/your party from the premises.
