Monthly Rentals in Cherry Creek, Denver

We had a great stay. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. We also utilized the office upstairs and enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Trader Joe’s is right around the corner making grocery shopping easy too! Walkable to Cherry Creek for shopping and restaurants. Everything you need for a long term stay! We would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this location! We felt safe in the area, and the house itself was so cute - just like the photos! Highly recommend!

Zack's house was a great place to stay for us. Location close to DU, restaurants and Washington park within a few minutes of walking. Neighborhood is quiet . Street parking was always available. House is clean, uncluttered, with comfortable (if somewhat on the softer side)beds and great shower. Communication with host was prompt. Zack was upfront about few things that could be an issue, like no washer/dryer or an air return vent which makes noise while the house is being heated or cooled. It was a great place for us!

A very enjoyable stay overall. The location is good and everything you need is close by. The unit is comfortable and well maintained; the hosts are thoughtful about attending to details and make checking in and out simple. Thanks for a great time in Denver!
