Great little getaway on a beautiful calm quiet lake. the house itself also has a lot more space that it appears to have in the description.

Debra was absolutely AMAZING, went above and beyond and made sure we felt right at home. The view is absolutely amazing, lots of deer and such and an astonishing view. Extremely grateful for being able to stay here and absolutely will book again when in the area! Thank you so much!

Great place to stay. very clean. It can get a little loud in the house with the road and you can hear everything from the bathroom/ living area when in the bedrooms. Jenna was very responsive.

We traveled for a soccer tournament. The house was conveniently located to where we were playing as well as restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and offered alll amenities needed. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

This was my first Air B&B experience. We were there for a baseball tournament. The house was clean and well equipped. It was better than we expected. The house location is close to Costco and outlet malls. We were very happy with the stay.

Brian was a great host-- easy to communicate and work with, makes using AirBNB a pleasure. The home was tidy and clean, easy to find and had tons of space. Highly recommend!

Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect!! Mary Beth did an excellent job communicating and was a great host.

The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful with anything we needed including local recommendations. Very cozy living space and great amenities. Only thing if note is there was dog hair in the bed sheets but they have 4 dogs and I know how hard that can be to get out.

Felt at home and not worried about anything. Everything that we needed was avaible and place was very clean. Felt very spacious given the space and even provided some toiletries as well.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and Sonja was very responsive to any questions. We loved the place and would definitely stay there again.

Home was very inviting, close to downtown - close to many restaurants. Easy drive to Northside hospital —felt very safe, very quiet for an in town location - Very clean- bed was comfortable n loved the elec fireplace

Excellent Airbnb. I travel for work and this place checks all the boxes.

Diego's place was perfect for my son and me staying a few days and catching some Braves baseball games while there. Walking to the stadium is very doable and is about a 20-30 min stroll from the house. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area and easy to drive to and from. The space itself was exactly as described with a very comfortable living area and bedroom. Bathroom was extremely clean and well supplied with shampoo/soap/bath towels/tissue. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone needing a place to stay near Atlanta.

We stayed at the condo for a PBR tournament in Emerson. The location was about 30 minutes from field but gave us several activities to do when he was not playing. Host provided great communication. It is a large community and very private. Does take a little bit to find activities.

Such an amazing find, i really enjoy my stay. not only was gee a delight with communication and customer service so was the staff at the building. The place looks good in the photos but even better in person. Definitely money well spent:)

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

Very nice area and location in East Cobb area of Roswell, GA. High end residential area. 3 minutes down the road is Publix and Kroger shopping centers along with restaurants, cleaners and gas stations. The location is a bit of a drive to major highways like 285 and GA 400 because it is imbedded into neighborhoods. Very responsive hosts. Any questions or concerns I had they got right back with me and indeed came out timely. This is a basement apartment of a large house. Both are rented out as Air B&B. If both areas above & the basement apartment are rented out at same time, you can hear each other. Be a respectful neighbors. Nice backyard,sides not fenced, perfect for dogs. Everyone that came while I was there brought their dog(s). The driveway is super steep & curves to right going up.House is on a hill, first one on the left as you turn off Childers.Take driveway slow, Low gear depending car. Plenty of parking at the top of the driveway. Very satisfied with my stay of 2 months.

Stunning property! Quick walk to the Marietta Square! Comfy bed, lots of towels and functional kitchen! Made for an amazing stay! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.
