Great place to stay. Beautiful views and well equipped house. It’s not the budget option but it’s worth it. The only thing is you have to be prepared for Ukrainian reality, sometimes electricity does go off. Hopefully war will be over soon and it won’t be a problem 🤞

Це місце просто неймовірне. Збережено українську автентику. Навіть працює піч і грубка. З іншого боку, для комфорту є все: сучасний санвузол, екофлоу, проектор, кавомашина, jbl колонка.

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

В'ячеслав - чудовий та гостинний господар! Будиночок гарний, охайний, є все для барбекю, недалеко річка з неймовірними краєвидами)) Особливо рекомендуємо спробувати сауну, це справжній релакс!))

Затишна атмосфера, красивий двір та будиночок. Відмінна парилка. Оксана доброзичлива та дбайлива господиня.

Все дуже сподобалось.Апартаменти дуже комфортні та просторні) Недалеко знаходяться від центру,біля апартаментів знаходяться магазини,кафешки та автобусні запинки це дуже зручно. Усе дуже сподобалося,рекомендую)

非常好的入住体验，入住了一个月，周边的环境很好，离地铁站就5分钟，到最繁华的地方就10分钟的路程。Ivan先生也非常贴心！

мені дуже сподобались ці апартаменти! шикарна локація, чистий і не страшний підʼїзд) господар завжди готовий прийти на допомогу і дуже прозора комунікація) 100% повернусь сюди, особливо якщо зʼявиться дзеркало в повний зріст😁 (цього трошки не вистачало), а так просто шикарно) дуже рекомендую!

With no doubt, it’s one of the best airbnb experiences ever. First of all, the host is incredibly amazing , he met me at 5:30 am to check in , which sounds like something impossible. Very polite, friendly and helpful. The apartment it self looks amazing, very clean , great location and includes everything you need. That is the case when you definitely want to come back!

Чудова, атмосферна квартира з гарним розташуванням. Великий плюс наявність колонки для музики і хороша бібліотека. Також зручно, що був гнучкий час прибуття.

The apartment itself is very comfortable, modern, and with a great view of the city. location-wise it’s within walking distance to parks and city center. Nataliya was an amazing host, very attentive and quick to respond, and made sure everything was well-taken care of throughout my stay. Definitely recommended!

Great quirky flat in amazing location in Podil, even sorted me out with a new key when I lost one. Some issues occasionally with the water supply but seemed to be an issue with the whole building rather than the apartment

Дуже хороша, красива і охайна квартира у тихому центральному районі. Єдине побажання - зробити самостійне заселення і виселення можливим.

If I were to create an AirBnB, I would want it to be like this. If you plan a long stay, I have two words for you... "clothes dryer" (not common in Ukrainian AirBnBs). There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you can walk to the city center in about 25 minutes. It isn't close to the Metro but the area is very walkable, or call and Uklon. One of the best AirBnBs I have ever stayed in anywhere. I can't think of a thing it was missing and it's like new. The price is well worth it when you consider there is security and parking included. Unless you are looking for something really cheap, you should stay here.

Excellent location close to grocery stores, restaurants, metro stations. The apartment has modern decor and is very quiet at night. Would love to book again in the future. Snizhana is very kind and proactive - one step ahead in making sure things are alright for the guest (which would be me).
