Our small old house was built by my great-great-grandfather in the early 20th century. The house is located on a small street in the quiet Pyatiugly district. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, pastry shop, public transport stop within a walking distance. The river Stryzhen, the Church of Michael and Fedor, the Puppet Theater are just a couple of minutes walk away. You can also walk to the City Park with attractions and a forest area. The city beach and Val are a five-minute drive away.

The house is located right in the middle of the forest on the outskirts of the village of Oleshnya. In the village of Golubi Ozera - 40 minutes walk through the forest or 7 minutes by car. The plot of 15 acres is fenced. In the yard there is a parking lot for cars, a barbecue, a large table with benches, hammocks, pines. Entertainment: Blue Lakes, beach, fishing, mushrooms, berries. There is a bathhouse, bicycles, and a barbecue. Children and animals are always welcome!

The cottage is separate from our house but on our lot where we reside permanently. The house and areas near it for the stay will only be at your disposal.
