Great location, beautiful home and awesome coordination. host was the Best.

Great little place away from the noise of the town but still within walking distance from Chepes beach and some good restaurants. Dean is a great host, very proactive and friendly. The place is as described in the listing, the internet works like a charm (which was important to us). Great thing about it - there are actually lots of hummingbirds that visit the place at all times during the day!

The place met my expectations. It's quiet and pleasant. Camilla is charming and was very hospitable.

James' place did not disappoint. The house had everything we needed and Angel, the property manager was amazing! It was quite windy when we were there so he brought us some life jackets to use for snorkeling so we felt more comfortable in the waves. We did not snorkel as much as we had hoped due to the wind but that did not stop us from exploring the island and having a great experience. We met the neighbor, Jake, who was also very helpful and gave us some local tips. I highly reccomend taking a tour to water cay! We were a little worried about the electricity restrictions but we did not go over the allowed amount. We didn't actually use the A/C that much because there was a nice east wind blowing in so we were able to get away with using the fan at night with the windows and door open. Our overall experience in Utila was great and we look forward to coming back one day! (Even with the brutally rough ferry rides) I am going to miss the sweet little neighborhood kitty cat😻
