Our place is a 500 square feet individual bungalow, on an acre property, located at a very short walk from Chepes beach (Utila's public beach), dive shops, restaurants and bars. However, It is well secluded from the hustle and bustle of Utila's town. It includes fast WiFi, AC, hot shower, fridge, tea coffee maker, electricity bill. We are English, Spanish, French and Danish spoken. Our place is good for couples, and solo adventurers. Coco Cabaña #2 and #3 are also available for booking.

Conveniently located near 3 grocery stores. 7 min walk from ferry dock and 20 min walk from public beach. The house sits on a shady private yard with many trees including mango, nance/craboo, guinep, banana, and a breadfruit tree. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Electricity is paid separately for stays 1 month or longer. Parties are not allowed in the house or on the premises nor are any guests not listed on the booking.

The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.

The Little Grass Shack
We are delighted to once again offer our unique cottage to travellers. Recently renovated (June 2023) with a new thatched roof, fresh paint, and love. The Grass Shack is a relaxing space with high ceilings, a queen sized bed, private bathroom, a comfortable sofa, work space, and an old rocking chair to chill in with a book. It has a private patio, and guests are welcome to use our little pool to cool down.

The Beach House in the Trees is part of the Paradise Regained properties and is a large rustic, self-contained studio loft among the swaying palms, with panoramic views of the Caribbean ocean, access to the Paradise Regained beachfront and some of Utila's best reefs, excellent snorkeling and a saltwater swimming pool. Our triple bunk sleeps 3 (extra charge over 2 guests). Utila’s family vacation spot!
