Gamseong Hanok Stay O-Won Stay: A special experience where you can personally play the kaya geum, the first instrument from Hwangnidan-gil

A Korean day experienced at Owon Stay Located in the heart of Gyeongju's Hwangnidan-gil, Owon Stay is a private, single-unit hanok exclusively for one group. 'Owon (吾園)' means 'my little garden', and you can spend a leisurely day using the entire garden and hanok exclusively. Enjoy breakfast and drip coffee, and try wearing everyday hanbok while having tea. In the evening, you can enjoy the jacuzzi and a campfire while looking out at the garden. The most special experience at Owon Stay is the gayageum experience. Play the gayageum, a Korean traditional instrument with a history of 1,500 years, and learn to play "Arirang". The 60-minute programme costs KRW 70,000 per person at the regular price, but guests can participate at a special price of KRW 40,000 per person. You can also walk to major historical sites such as Daereungwon Tomb Complex, Cheomseongdae Observatory, Woljeonggyo Bridge, Gyerim Forest, Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond, Gyeongju National Museum, and Gyochon Hanok Village. Stay in a hanok, stroll through the history of Silla, play the gayageum, and experience a 'Korean day' at Owon Stay.

El Hanok Stay

El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located near Hwangnidan-gil restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive), right next to the location where you can go to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung, and Wolji. Jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW in Korean money when using for a fee.
