The last house in the alley

About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. With a large room, a middle room, and a small room, it is a spacious accommodation with a kitchen and living room structure that is not lacking for families or multiple guests. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

This property can accommodate up to 6 people, and has a large room (with a toilet for 4 people in the room), a small room (for 2 people), and a spacious floor. Hi. It is a space for up to 12 people, including a single multi-story and terrace on the 1st and 2nd floors. The total floor space is around 60 pyeong, with an indoor space of around 40 pyeong (1st floor) and 10 pyeong (2nd floor). Depending on the number of people, 3 to 5 rooms and 1 to 3 toilets can be provided. Because it is not a new construction, There are old parts, but at least all bedding is replaced every time and washed and dried with a professional eco-friendly detergent. Without high expectations for the facilities, it will be the most suitable space for 5-10 or more people by comparing the advantages and disadvantages. El Hanok Stay was newly built as a private hanok guesthouse, which was opened in April 2023 after a year of remodeling construction by purchasing a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add more modern convenience while adding the style of hanok, and tried to add color by adding European style. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is a location where you can travel to tourist attractions in Gyeongju such as Daereungwon (Cheonmachong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and right next to it, there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (olive) in Hwangnidan-gil.

The accommodation was really clean and beautiful. It was spacious and stylish, and it was really convenient with a variety of amenities such as a water purifier, a Dyson dryer, and Aesop bathroom products. Also, the accommodation was close to restaurants, cafes, shops, and tourist attractions, so it was good to walk. The host was also very kind and responded quickly, so I was able to stay without any inconvenience. Thank you for helping me with my luggage. Thank you so much!

It was a true secret garden. It was a quiet and beautiful garden that was rare in Korea. I was with a family of 15, and the satisfaction was 100 points.The owner manages it himself, so the surroundings were clean, and the terrace was equipped with an outdoor charcoal barbecue grill, and the interior was a living room with a large window and 4 rooms with thick mattresses and beds, so it was comfortable until bedtime.

It takes 4 minutes by car from Hwangnidan-gil, There is no convenience store nearby (there is a small supermarket), so I recommend buying it in advance. Before the visit, the amount was a little burdensome, I felt that they invested a lot and cared a lot in the accommodation, so after the visit, I was satisfied without any regrets and want to visit again.

A trip to Gyeongju with two elementary school students may be boring for the children to apply only the tastes of mom and dad who like to visit cultural relics, but it was a satisfying trip for each other because there was a swimming pool. I thought that the time spent in the tree house, turning on the lights and giving feedback on the trip, would be memorable for the kids. It was also nice to warm up the cold body in the sauna after swimming. The smell of wood was also so nice. The time spent drinking a cup of coffee and reading a book in the Benz under the pine tree in the morning provided a happy time for mom and dad. The host recommended a restaurant, and it made my trip more abundant. The Jeongol was really delicious! It was a nice accommodation, so I stayed well!
