Holiday rentals with a patio in Cheoin-gu

Had a great stay throughout our stay in Seoul! We extended our trip and the host kindly assisted us with extending our stay at his place. Both of the hosts are very kind, friendly and replies to our enquiries promptly. The place was very clean, aesthetic & comfortable. The check in process was very smooth as well. Convenient location with a convenience store, coffee shop, Olive Young & well connected to public transport as well! Will definitely come back & stay at his place again. Highly recommended! 😊

As soon as I entered, the aroma was so pleasant, I felt like I was opening my eyes to the sea view.🥺 The interior was fantastic with a white wood tone ;) The very neatly arranged kitchen and bathroom were also very nice! Thanks to that, I slept well and had a happy trip. 👍

Minji was a highly communicative and considerate host, ensuring a smooth check in experience with her proactive messages on the day of arrival. The accommodation faces a small hill as shown in the photos, which provides a sense of privacy even when using the balcony. The surrounding neighborhood consists of local residences, making it a peaceful and quiet place to stay. There are local restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores within walking distance, and parking in the area was hassle free. One thing to note: while Minji did explain this in advance, the elevator does not reach the top floor, so guests with large suitcases may need to make a bit of extra effort. Also, the ceiling is sloped and relatively low in some areas, which could be slightly inconvenient for taller guests.

It's an accommodation chosen for a large family trip to Seoul. The host is kind, and I like the condition very much. I heard. Parking is convenient, the surrounding environment is quiet, and I had a really good stay. I'd like to use it again if I get a chance next time.

Oren was arguably one of the best hosts we have ever had on Airbnb as she really took care of us even before we arrived. Oren was so helpful with recommendations around the area and answered all the questions we had for her. She has done a great job making the place feel comfortable and clean - and is very accommodating for her guests including amenities that we found very helpful for us. We really appreciated how Oren went above and beyond for us and would highly recommend this place to stay in Hongcheon.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

4 days and 3 nights with my daughter ~ ~ I usually see it in the photos. I'm often disappointed. It was a really pretty and peaceful place. I'm a bit of a defect. I also took a towel and a thin blanket. Bedding, pillows, etc. There are signs of washing. It was the best because I was able to sleep with peace of mind. Especially in the small garden in front and turning on at night The twinkle neon is beautiful. Bedroom and living room and kitchen The layout is a room size that is neither small nor large. It's arranged in a stable structure I rested calmly before heading out. Especially, the evening is so quiet I can also hear frogs. They both healed before heading out. I had a meeting with friends after a long time, and it was in a perfect position to introduce the hot spots of Anguk to friends who came from the provinces. Even though the accommodation was really in the center, it was so quiet and cozy that I didn't feel like I was in the middle of the city. There were 4 queen beds, so everyone could sleep comfortably, The amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient enough to just bring a toothbrush. It was a space where friends who were tired of childcare could relax and heal, Thanks to the host's thoughtful consideration, I was able to enjoy a delicious meal at a nearby restaurant. The marshmallows you gave me as a service were baked and eaten directly at the accommodation, and it became a small memory. Thank you for letting me have a comfortable and warm time!

Junhwan made this trip exceptionally pleasant for our clients on a business trip. Clear check-in instructions allowed for easy access into the well located property. Inside, the home was clean and well equipped with all the amenities needed for a long term stay. Local transport made for stress free access to the rest of Seoul.

It was such a nice accommodation that it was a pity it was only for one night!! It was surprising that there was a place like this in the city center, and it was even better because it wasn't just a Hanok imitation, but a real Hanok. The bedding is also very luxurious, and each and every one of the interior accessories is very harmonious. Above all, the cleanliness was crazy. The accessibility was so good, and there are a lot of things to enjoy when you come out, but when you enter the accommodation, it felt like a quiet atmosphere, so I think it will be memorable for a while. I asked a lot of questions before visiting, but I was grateful for the quick and kind answers!!

we had a wonderful stay at monica’s place! beautifully designed, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. the neighbourhood’s charming and lively with a blend of local life, convenience, and hidden gems! monica was a fantastic host too! warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay,, she even offered local recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. we truly felt the warmth if a home and would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to seoul. highly recommended!!

Ey made everything easy and convenient from start to finish. She was always extremely friendly, responsive, proactive and helpful. Her space was clean and free of clutter. Comfortable and private space, conveniently located near Camp Humphreys. Great host, and will definitely stay again!

Overall, I'm satisfied with the condition of the accommodation and the friendliness of the host. However, due to the location of the accommodation, it was a bit of a pity that there were places to go around. There is a disadvantage that you have to travel by car, and there is a slight inconvenience to walk around.

The house is very nice, fully equipped with all the amenities, just as comfortable as at home.The space is very spacious, the kids can run and play, not far away is a big supermarket, there are many convenience stores, transportation is just a few steps from the door, and then the subway can go anywhere.The landlord is very friendly and helped me print the information. I was very happy to stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

We were looking for a place clean and large enough for our 1 year old to crawl around in a nice neighborhood to walk around in. The place is very clean, has a great view, all the furniture and amenities were high quality, conveniently located, easy to park in. Large supermarket and shopping mall is right around the corner and two subway lines that connect to the main areas in the city are 5 minute walking distance away. Airport bus stops rigth in front of the apartment. Building is easy access, elevators work great, quiet neighbors. Overall we couldn't have been happier! We'd love to come back and stay here again next time we're back in Seoul to visit our family.
