Small detached house located in the countryside, not overlooked or semi-detached, no close neighbors, enclosed wooded plot of 2500 m2. Small peaceful village 25 minutes north of Angoulême and 15 minutes south of Ruffec. Round above-ground pool 4.50 m x 1.00 m in season (June 15 to September 15) (unshared garden and pool). The house has only one accommodation. Ideal place to recharge your batteries garden furniture, parasol, fixed barbecue, chairs chairs, children's games (swing, sand box).

With so much to offer in the surrounding area you won't be short of things to do, and for those days when you just want to stay on site, we have a lovely pool over looking the countryside, to relax by. We are on hand to help should you need us, and are happy to provide information, help you make reservations or even join you for a glass of wine if you fancy some company!

La maison dispose de 3 chambres: 2 avec grands lits une avec deux lits de 90. Le canapé convertible permet un couchage pour deux personnes. Le jacuzzi sera fermé du 05 janvier 2026 au 01 mars 2026. Le gite possède également un Appartement : possibilité de louer l'ensemble si les dates réservées le permettent.

You will find calm and comfort in this charming cottage in the heart of the Brasserie des Gabariers, in the small quiet village of Plaizac, 5 minutes from Rouillac. You will have a garden area just for you and access to the Logis swimming pool.

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

Located in the courtyard of an old post office, it is very quiet and close to all amenities. Bed and bath linens are provided. It is equipped with a small kitchen area, a 140 cm bed, bathroom and toilet. Close to the national road 2 min, 20 min drive to the center of Angoulême, 15 min from Ruffec. Baby equipment possible. Possibility to prepare breakfast €10 per person.
