The place is exactly like it has been shown in the images and I would say much better. Alongside beach, the stay is at perfect location with perfect views and amenities.

Spacious, very well-equipped, exceptionally comfortable and clean property, conveniently located for accessing and exploring Cherpunkal, Pala and surrounding areas. The house is just a few metres from the busy Pala-Ettumanoor road, yet it's tucked away in a quiet place, and is quite peaceful. There are several good eateries and supermarkets within walking distance -- there's even a shopping arcade nearby. The house looks better than in the photos -- all bedrooms have en-suite facilities and each floor has it's own large living and dining areas. Plus, there's ample car parking space. Mr. Saju and Melvin are wonderful hosts, who receive you personally when you arrive, and are always ready to help. Me and my family had a wonderful week-long stay here, and the next time we are in the area, we'll certainly look to return!!

It's a calm ,spacious and beautiful place. Nice restaurants nearby and food delivery is available . Sheeba is very responsive and proactive. The plcae is clean and meticulously maintained. Ideal for a large gathering .

We had an amazing stay at Sigimon’s place! The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Sigimon was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended

We stayed at this place with family for 2 nights and the experience was fantastic. Right from check in to check out, the host was super responsive and very friendly. We felt right at home with the positive attitude of the host. This house is also very beautiful and matches exactly as per the pictures. All three bedrooms had AC and the kitchen was a fully equipped one. There was also washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool was yet another highlight. Overall it is a super worth place for families, very much recommended

The property is exceptionally spacious, with a clean, clutter-free design that made it feel incredibly welcoming and relaxing. The open layout allowed us to move around freely, and the large windows let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Our kids particularly loved the generous size of the rooms, giving them plenty of space to play and unwind. The beds were comfortable, and the modern amenities throughout the property ensured a cozy and convenient stay. We also appreciated how well-maintained everything was, from the fully equipped kitchen to the beautifully kept bathrooms. The location was ideal for a family getaway, offering both tranquility and easy access to nearby attractions. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Genesis to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable retreat. It was a memorable holiday.

The home is exactly opposite Samasthi retreat center near the bank of Pamba river. It's a private and peaceful place with ample space in living area. The balcony and the compund area is large enough to accommodate bunch of people. I had booked the home for my wedding. The sitting room and living room space was more than enough to accommodate the priests and other guests who came in morning. Overall, I thank Jiji and his sister in law for their excellent hospitality and clear instructions during the stay.
