Completely refurbished this year.. 2 en suite bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen size bed). 1 fully equiped Kitchen, a large terrace.. Very calm place... near to the forest and close to the vineyard. It will be a pleasure to welcome you in such a peaceful environment.. Easy access from the A10. The exit is 5 minutes from the house. It is the last exit before Bordeaux (when you come from Paris..) A little slice of paradise located in the heart of downtown, less than a minute's walk from the ocean. Everything within easy reach, but relatively quiet. Relax, all you have to do is have a great stay! The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed and one with a 140-cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet, and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Linen and towels provided. Excellent stay!
