My place is perfect for couples, solo travelers and professionals. It is quiet and overlooks an inner courtyard. For new travelers, welcome! In the heart of Anjou, in the village of Neuvy-en-Mauges, 35 minutes from Angers, 30 minutes from Cholet, we offer this comfortable gîte, comprising two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with a choice of two single bed. (See other remarks) This cottage is intended for people who want to rest only. We don't allow parties or events. Accessible PMR accommodation (test armchair size 103 x 65) except garden and small bedroom.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

The town of Vezins offers for rent this bright, fully renovated, studio-type apartment. It is ideal for a maximum of 3 guests, with a bed for 2 people and a large sofa bed. The accommodation consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a large living room that also serves as a sleeping area. It is functional and has all the amenities you need, just like at home!
