“This home has a fantastic view of and easy, direct access to beautiful Lake Chelan. It is also unusual in being so well equipped to meet the needs of family dogs with a nicely fenced-in and expansive lawn that faces the lake! Our two families enjoyed fishing from the dock, playing on the shore and in the water with our dogs, kayaking and renting a boat. The home is just a short, 10 min, drive to downtown Chelan making it very convenient to partake of its entertainments and to get groceries and sundries easily. Lisa and Marcus were gracious, communicative, and responsive hosts and we'd be more than happy to stay here again the next time we get a chance to spend time at the lake!”
Enjoy this ground level Lake Front condo with amazing up lake views. This is the closest unit to the popular pool and hot tub at the Grandview and has a patio with a view of the pool. This 2 bedroom 2 bath space was recently remodeled with new furnishings. The fully supplied kitchen has all the amenities you would expect at home. The Grandview does not have a beach, there is a swimming dock. The public beach is a 10 minute walk. Permit #STR-0090
“Wow. Bottom line, if you are even considering booking this property, just pull the trigger. Josh was THE most amazing host and accommodated us to the nines when our original property with him was going to fall through. We ended up at this condo and had the best weekend. The view is insane and the condo itself is modern, clean, A/C equipped, and has everything you need for your trip. Seriously all we needed to bring was food and floaties, he even had shampoo and conditioner in the showers. I will say that this property is VERY kid/family friendly so if you are looking for a private and quiet getaway, I would just warn that there were families everywhere . For some reason I had a family just decide to use my pump on the patio? So proximity is close to say the least due to it being a condo complex. Despite this, the condo itself was quiet and the beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms was ideal for four people and we all had plenty of space for the weekend. The condo is well within walking distance of town, literally two minutes. It has a pool and dock that bellies right up to the lake with plenty of lounge chair seating. You can tie up your island float, jet ski, or boat out on the anchored bouys. The water was PERFECT and the staff was fantastic. We got very lucky with Josh as our host and even more lucky with this property. I will be making an effort to book with him in the future so you should too!”

“What a beautiful home. It housed 8 of us perfectly and the view and home were outstanding ! Great beach big enough for everybody and the yard and basketball court were great fun for everyone ! Kitchen was outstanding with a massive island everyone can fit around ! Would stay again and highly recommend !”
