Downstairs has 2 queen beds & 2 adult twin beds. Smart TV's, sauna, spa, decks, 2 living rooms. Enjoy foosball, arcade basketball, darts, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games. Driveway supports 4 vehicles -no street parking. 2 nights minimum, no pets. Per STR permit: Max. 6 night guests and 12 day guests (7am-10PM) & please inform host of extra day guests at time of booking. Please read house rules.

Home near Mission Ridge and Squilchuck State Park. In the winter you're as close as you can stay to Mission Ridge. 4 miles to the ski area or go sledding at Squilchuck State Park. In the summer enjoy the cooler temps in the trees. Home is wonderful for entertaining with hot tub, theatre room, pool table, BBQ and a fully stocked kitchen.

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.
