Mini one-night stay but I really enjoyed this experience. Extremely neat and very clean apartment! Zoé welcomed me very kindly and sent me all the instructions for getting into the place. Apartment located in the city center with nearby parking. Free parking at night. I recommend it and will come back. Thank you very much. ☺️

This beautiful apartment is very spacious, welcoming, very clean and very well decorated. The room overlooks a wooded area and is a few minutes from the city centre. I recommend it for your visits to Angoulême.

As described and photographed. I felt very good there for my short stay and I will not hesitate to take this accommodation again rather than others already taken on Niort. Finally, a place to stay with everything you need.

Very nice accommodation in the middle of the city. It was hot, so I wanted to open the windows but the restaurants are open very late at night and are very noisy. Unable to sleep before 1 a.m. I missed the blackout shutters. The day appears very, very, very early: around 6:30 in the morning at the beginning of summer. Please note, the air conditioning is a mobile device. It is therefore rather a noisy air extractor, which requires the windows to be opened... I had problems with the parking badge that wasn't working. Medhi was very responsive in trying to find solutions. For reasons of organisation, and simplicity (which is far from the car park...) I parked in the 11 November square which is free. Except, in the morning, there are often events and the signs are not readable. So my car was impounded. In the end, the car park cost me a lot! For the WIFI, remember to check the code, the one indicated on the website is not the right one.

The cottage is superb, with its old stones full of charm, set in the middle of a green setting, not to mention its swimming pool and its "guinguette" which allow you to enjoy real moments of conviviality with peace of mind. We went to Cognac for the Blues Passion festival. The accommodation is ideal, central and close to everything (shops, public garden, restaurants, bakeries...). Ludovic welcomed us in person, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation is very convenient, clean, very well equipped, very personal where you feel at home. Excellent bedding. comfort. No complaints. Very convenient private parking to leave the car for the duration of the stay. Thanks Ludovic for everything!!!!
