This spacious 1-bedroom apartment is conveniently located in the heart of Allentown. It is fully furnished and includes everything you will need to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. This is 1 of 3 airbnbs located in a historic multi-unit home. This space is the perfect getaway for couples, business stays, and traveling nurses. It is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, steps away from Allen St. The front door opens to a small park that was designed by Frederick Law Olmsted in 1887.

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Niagara Falls is only 30minutes away.Very nice neighborhood.4minutes from Galleria Mall. Plus many more stores nearby.Many places to eat and have some drinks! Sleeps-5 we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own key entry Couch in living room , roll away bed. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly.Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.
