Dreamy beautiful family Escape Buffalo super Host

We're Alex and Jamie, and we'd like to warmly welcome you to our lovely home. We live in a very quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood. During your stay, you'll have access to our back patio and a spacious, fully fenced backyard. Inside, the first floor features a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. The second floor offers a cozy lounge area, a half bathroom, and a large master bedroom. Each room is equipped with a queen-size bed and a USB charger. We hope you enjoy your stay!

Charming Neighborhood Retreat

This suite is the entire second floor of our home. Three bedrooms, one has an adjoining door to a larger room, box car style. Private, full bath plus 1/2 bath, kitchenette - microwave, small refrigerator. Main entrance is shared with owners (classical musicians) who live downstairs. Within walking distance: restaurants, bakeries, and 10 minutes from UB campuses and airport. Quiet neighborhood, sorry no parties. We do charge $10 per additional person so we can keep our cleaning fees lower!

Niagara Falls is only 30minutes away.Very nice neighborhood.4minutes from Galleria Mall. Plus many more stores nearby.Many places to eat and have some drinks! Sleeps-5 we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own keypad entrance. Couch in living room , roll away bed. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv.The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly.Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

This corner-lot Cape Cod is the perfect spot for 1-6+ who are looking for a centrally-located stay in WNY. Our home is five minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to downtown/waterfront, 15 minutes to Highmark Stadium and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls. This space has been renovated over the past two years including an updated kitchen and bathroom, new floors and finished hardwood.
