Niagara Falls is only 30minutes away.Very nice neighborhood. 4minutes from Galleria Mall.Plus many more stores nearby.Many places to eat and have some drinks! Sleeps-5 plus we have a clean pack and play for your little one. Has own keypad entrance. Full sleeper sofa in living room. One bedroom has a queen bed and tv. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed and offers tv and a workspace. Very clean! Kid friendly and pet friendly. Pets can do their business out front. There are dogs that use the back yard.

During your stay, you'll have access to our back patio and a spacious, fully fenced backyard. Inside, the first floor features a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms.
