Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Cheat River

The place was great. Everything worked and the outdoor covered fireplace and hot tub was great.

We had an incredibly relaxing, peaceful, quiet getaway. The house is more than enough space for 2 people, well stocked kitchen, amazing scenery. Beautiful Mountain View’s, screened in porch, super serene.

This unit is on the western end of a series of duplexes named Senedo Springs. The gravel roads up here are very walkable. It’s possible to trek down to Lake Laura although it’s a big vertical climb back up. The unit is airy and nice, better than the pictures. Thankfully there is not actually a murphy bed in the living room as shown in the pictures. The blankets are outdated so I recommend bringing your own. Plenty of cookware and dishes available but you’ll need to bring oil, spices, and all other food items. The amenities are great! It’s also nice they provide firewood just a short walk away. Good view of Great North Mountain in the winter. Amazing night sky from this location. This was our second time staying here and it kept its five-star rating!

This was an excellent, beautiful place to stay. We all enjoyed our stay very much. I will definitely book another reservation here in the future.

Olivia was very helpful and accommodating while my husband has been in the area for work. Easy to communicate with and helpful on surrounding amenities.

Our stay on the farm was peaceful and quiet. The view was amazing. The suite was clean and private. Kam was super responsive to an issue we had with the jacuzzi tub and was there within 15 minutes along with her maintenance man. Definitely recommended Haley Farm if you desire peace and that down on the farm feel!

Our stay at Dave and Linna's was wonderful and would go back in a heartbeat. The location is so close to the slopes. They truly have put a special touch into the place as well. The kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom is lovely, and it's very clean. Beautiful touches throughout and thoughtful accessories just in case you might forget a toiletry item or something. Can't wait to make another visit to Timberline and stay here.

A comfortable, spotlessly clean little apartment. Everything was as described. Diana was responsive to our questions but was not intrusive at all. We had a bonfire outside, sat on the front porch, listened to the trains, and walked around town. Enjoyed a couple of great meals at the River's Edge Cafe, just a short walk away. A great experience. I stayed here while in town for an exam at the nearby Prometric center. The space was very clean, check-in was smooth and straightforward, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It’s conveniently located close to food and Morgantown amenities. Would definitely recommend!
