Holiday rentals with a patio in Chautauqua

The River House was such a pleasant stay a home away from Home where we could relax and enjoy the scenery for our second day it rain but we were able to sit in the patio and just relax while we listened to the rain and cooked burgers. the whole atmosphere was nice and quiet. Enjoyed a little wine by the river with a sun set. When we first arrived Derek was working on his lawn and he greeted us welcomely. Mid afternoon we sat with Phyllis and Derek and got to know them a little on how they enjoyed bed breakfast and them wanted to give that hospitality to others I'd say they nailed it I won't give away any details cause it was fun just finding them and being like that was really thoughtful. Also stop at the City of Warren all the people we got to meet were nice and kind from the small walk we took almost everyone who we walked by greeted us.

Place was clean and it was exactly as it was described. Also had climate control going for our arrival.

As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

Great place to enjoy the Great Lake, Lake Erie

We were in town for a family reunion . The location was perfect for us. We just needed a place to sleep and the beds were very comfy!

We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

Wonderful stay in Erie! The house was perfect size and so close to the lake. Will definitely check in again should I come back to Erie!

This house was fabulous for our annual friend's trip! All of us came from various parts of the country and Tiffany's house was the perfect place for the 11 of us. There was plenty of space, a very large back yard that was perfect for yard games, some of which they had for us, some of which we brought. If you're looking for a quite, serene, let enjoyable house, I would highly recommend this listing!

As awesome as the pictures are, they really don't do this place justice! My wife and I we're celebrating our anniversary early and I decided to surprise her with this cottage as it was right up her alley as far as designs, etc go. She also really loves going to Findley Lake for the candle shop, Chautauqua, etc. This was very central to all of her favorite places and the property was beautiful. driving there you pass a lot of rolling hills and farms. Then once we got there it was very private and secluded and had beautiful countryside scenery. Would definitely stay again!

Chandra’s place was very clean and comfortable. We inquired about a fire pit and she was kind enough to get it ready, so all we had to do was light it. There is still landscaping work being done, but it did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to seeing it again once it’s completed!

Our children grew up vacationing at my father's cabin on Chautauqua Creek. We were able to gather here and remember, relive, and share those special times and activities. We explored the creek, wading, swimming, skipping stones, walking up and floating downstream. We went hunting for beach glass early in the mornings at Barcelona. We enjoyed a smoked whitefish there at the shore. We shopped the farmer's market, buying amazing baked goods from the Amish, beautiful beachglass jewelry, local maple syrup, and strawberries. The maple glazed donuts are not to be missed! They sell out quickly, so go early! The house was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The layout of the rooms gave the perfect blend of private space and welcoming common areas to do family activities. Our dog was a last minute addition and he was graciously provided with towels, bowls, and toys. We loved walking barefoot on the moss, lazing in hammocks in the woods, and rain on the roof!

Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended! This Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The home was spotless, stylish, and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host clearly put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Communication was seamless, and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with great restaurants and attractions just a short distance away. The thoughtful touches really made the experience stand out. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’ll definitely be booking again for our next visit!

Great location and stay

We’ve stayed at CHQ Lake Estates a number of times over the years. This was by far one of the best places! Quiet, clean, and comfortable—We took AM walks (just the best) and people are so friendly. The pool is amazing. And you cannot beat the view of the lake anywhere. We even took time to sit out on the cushioned deck chairs at sunset and just relaxed—something we don’t do often enough. Well stocked with pots, pans, glasses, utensils etc.. Soft sheets & comfortable beds. It was great to have 3 bathrooms—having 2 showers meant we could all get ready in record time. Be sure to bring your TV sign-in information so you don’t have to reset your passwords! (Voice of experience… lol) Great instruction book with local recommendations and fast wi-fi. We had 4 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay again!

This place was the perfect spot for our friend’s wedding at Peek’n Peak! It was a warm weekend so the AC was a plus, it fit three couples easily, and was close enough for the shuttle service the night of the wedding!

We were a group of two families - 6 adults and 6 teens. The location to the slopes was perfect. We had plenty of sleeping spaces. The kitchen was well equipped to make all of our meals at the condo. Julie and Michael reached out during our stay to make sure everything was as we expected. We will be back!

Tom & Julie’s place was perfect for our ski weekend at Holiday Valley resort. It was so cozy and they thought of everything and more as far as accommodations. It was clean, modern and the location was perfect. Tom was very responsive to a few questions we had upon arrival and we felt right at home. We will definitely return!

Restful place, nice walk to town. Cody and Alexa responded quickly to any inquiry I made.
