Monthly Rentals in Chautauqua

Great little place for fishermen/women- or small family. Very good water pressure for you girls and your hair! Nice Keureg coffe maker. Big fridge and freezer for your food and beverages. The beds are nice and clean and comfy. Lake Chautauqua is at the end of the street. Boat launch a couple blocks away, or you can go to state park -5 minutes away. Everything you may need can be had in Bemus. The owners were very fast bringing us a few items we needed.

WOW! That’s what we said when we opened the front door. The view of the lake was awesome and Barbara’s house was perfect for the 4 of us celebrating our 70th birthdays. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s before but this house had every amenity you could ask for. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked including paper products, shampoos, spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the morning sunrise from the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking! We visited the National Comedy Museum in Jamestown and walked the beautiful grounds of the Chautauqua Institute ! Barbara was the perfect hostess and even offered to mail the clothes we left in the dryer back to us. As one ages, we tend to remember the “moments” and forget the “things”🥴. Thank you, Barbara, for transforming your shack into a spectacular cottage and sharing it with us.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful apartment. Addie provides everything you might have forgotten at home to make your stay enjoyable. She responds quickly to any emails The suite is located on a gorgeous peace of property with a few different options for guests to enjoy the view. Inside is a high quality large couch, great mattress, large shower and full kitchen. Addie has created a true retreat. Everything about our stay was top notch.

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!
