Holiday rentals with a balcony in Chattahoochee River

This Airbnb gets an A+. The location was excellent walking distance to restaurants and our wedding venue at Scad Ivy Hall. Christina communication was exceptional and the place was absolutely beautiful. We loved it.

Second stay speaks volumes! Note if you have any disability with walking up a lot of stairs this may not be the best for you. I'm fit so I didn't mind the exercise.

beautiful space in a great location, a very easy and safe walk to the beltline. it was nice to have a driveway to park in. the house is very well stocked with anything you need for a comfortable sorry or extended stay. my family had a wonderful time. Alexandra was very responsible and helpful.

I enjoyed having a stay with Erin. The place was clean and ready for my party to check in and become acquainted with the home. She responded quickly and helpfully as our issues were resolved. We appreciate the hospitality and will book again!!!

Nancy is a phenomenal host and designed and decorated a masterpiece property in Chattanooga. This home is tasteful, elegant, well-appointed, and historic at the same time. We loved hosting friends and family there for a graduation weekend and they all commented on how beautiful and comfortable the home is. We’ll look this one up the next time we plan to be in the area. The house is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time together outside swimming, kayaking, hot tub, corn hole, ping pong tournaments, s’mores by the fire and relaxing on the swing beds. The game room was also a lot of fun for everyone. We had 12 people ages 16-49 and everyone had plenty of room. We will work on our noise levels. Thank you for the great memories!

Sarah and Brandon's place was great for our family of four. There was plenty of space for us. It is in a convenient location to get to the aquarium and restaurants, and was easy to navigate to from the interstate. Our kids enjoyed the pool and appreciated the provided pool towels. It was just right for our visit to Chattanooga, we'll book again when we're back.

A great day in Chattanooga. I was here for a week and the communication and responsiveness of the host was unparalleled. Even when I went to the wrong floor and was accidentally trying to get into the wrong apartment, they were patient and forgiving. 😬😬 I would recommend bringing your own pillow for the bed, but otherwise the bed is comfy, and the apartment as well decorated and kitchen is perfectly stocked.

Overall, my stay went well. Easy check in, description was accurate, all amenities available. Host was responsive if anything was needed.

The place was absolutly beautiful! Clean and exactly like the photos shown. Host was also very accommodating and fast responsive to check in times and offered a late checkout for a small fee. The front desk also did a great job checking you in and going over details. Definitely plan to book again the next time I come to atlanta!

My husband and I stayed at the Lake side Keowee Condo the last week of August. The condo looks exactly like to pictures. Kitchen was beautiful and had all that you would need. There are 2 master bedrooms. One is an ensuite with sliding doors to a small balcony that had a table and chairs. You could see the lake from the balcony . We would have breakfast out here in the morning. The living room had beautiful bay windows which also had lake view. There is a large cabinet in the living room that was stocked with games. The living room also has 2 sets of bunk beds that were like Murphy beds and folded up. We were only 2 people but condo could easily accommodate 10 people. You could walk to the pool but the beach you needed to drive to. Keowee Key is a beautiful community. It was very quiet the week we were there but we were fine with that as we were looking for peaceful few days. We did not play golf but course looked beautiful. There is also a restaurant on property
