After hosting hundreds of guests for nearly 5 years, our guests tell us they always leave feeling rested and restored!

The Guest House

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

Celebrated on Netflix’s “Worlds Most Amazing Vacation Rentals” & “Love is Blind," we are a working rescue farm. Watch llamas and alpacas wander; hear roosters crow, from 15 up, in Atlanta. You will be living in the middle of the animals, in the bamboo, in the treehouse. We book film, weddings, photography for SPECIAL RATES. Check out our beautiful Cottages too, on airbnb. The Goat Farm Getaway at South of Sanity Farms

Enjoy a peaceful night away from the busyness of life on our farm. Our 34' camper has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath, full kitchen, living area with a loveseat and a futon that folds to a full size bed, table that seats 4, a TV and dvd player. With your own deck facing west towards the pond you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and the sounds of our animals around you. Please note that there is no wifi or cable tv in the getaway. So far everyone has had good cell signal.

With private access and plenty of parking, Nana's Retreat is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave, stove oven, sink, and Keurig coffeemaker. There is also pool access with 3 lounge chairs and floats available.
