Our stay was absolutely great.The place is a little towards the interior of kodai but the view is moat breathtaking. No other place in the town including some high end hotels can get such a majestic view. we spent a lot of time in the house as the space was serene. Rani was a great help with the food and we ate every meal at the bnb.If we viait again,we will be staying at Lata ma'ams space again

We had a wonderful stay at Rejoice’s place! He was extremely polite, friendly, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The house itself is nestled in a stunning location, surrounded by beautiful scenery that made our trip even more special. Our stay was incredible, the house and property are truly beautiful and better than described. The house is spacious and comfortable. I will say that my husband and I traveled around India for 3+ weeks and Deepu's home was the only one with consistent, amazing hot water in the showers. Everything is sustainable, grown from the earth, and thoughtfully crafted. Deepu, Sanita, and Shijo were amazing hosts who were very responsive, kind, caring, and invested in us enjoying our time there. They went above and beyond to ensure this. Our stay at Santhosh and his wife’s rental house in Kumily was truly delightful. From the warm and welcoming hospitality to the immaculate and spacious interiors, everything exceeded expectations. The house boasts large, well-maintained rooms with spotless bathrooms and a reliable supply of warm water. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, featuring excellent facilities, including extra purified drinking water. Ample extra beds ensured maximum comfort, and the round-the-clock assistance made our stay hassle-free. Whether for a short visit or an extended stay, this house offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

Ideal place for families and friends. Very fine ambience and every facility was given on just a telephone call. Caretaker has an appreciable character and the food served was very tasty and worth to money

The property is impeccable with beautiful and calming view right from your window every morning. The sort of off-roading towards the property makes your stay even better. Our caretaker Laiju was very kind and accommodated everything we wanted. The host Milen was super helpful right from the day we booked this property, he was always available for any query of ours and gave us right guidance on the directions before we got to the property. The place is pet friendly as-well and my dog enjoyed the environment as much as we could. Overall the place is a steal deal.

The stay at Swastham was great and unforgettable experience. Mr. Joy was so helpful and very friendly. The bungalow has a massive plantation where Mr. Joy took us for visit, it was so pleasant and informative. He described about the plants and cultivation process, my kids and wife enjoyed very well. Had homemade foods daily which is so tasteful. One day Mrs. Joy cooked traditional Kerala style breakfast and it was truly tasty. Every morning we wake up by hearing beautiful sounds of the birds and hot coffee and sit out is unbelievable. There are two caretakers and they were very friendly and we felt like staying in our home. I highly recommend this place. Truly truly amazing.
