The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

Cottage 12 minutes to Red Rocks with amazing views

Our cottage apartment (upstairs above a detached garage) is a quaint & intimate one room, 500 square foot getaway with a queen bed, full size sleeping loft, futon and couch (not a pull-out), as well as a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances. Enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains, just 12 minutes from Red Rocks and Bear Creek Lake, 5 minutes from hiking, biking and paddle boarding at Chatfield State Park, 8 minutes from South Valley Park, 20 minutes from Denver, and 45 from DIA.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Owner occupied house with separate spacious and serene 1000 sq ft space for guests. Guest entrance in the back of the home to a roomy one bedroom apartment. Queen size bed with private full bath, living area with TV, mini fridge, microwave and Kuerig coffee maker. Located in a quiet neighborhood just off C470 in Littleton. A short distance to Red Rocks, Chatfield State Park, downtown Denver, downtown Littleton with plenty of shopping and dining. An abundance of parks and trails for hiking.

This detached studio guesthouse is located 7 miles south of Denver, less than a 5 minute drive from downtown Englewood and plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries and shops. The studio is fully renovated and is perfect for one or two travelers. It comes with a kitchenette, bathroom with shower, and a private entrance with a small patio. There is plenty of street parking available, with a Starbucks and several bars/restaurants just 1 block away.
