Maison en ville dans une résidence très calme. Composée de 2 chambres avec armoire, une grande cuisine neuve toute équipée, une salle de bain avec douche , toilettes séparés, un salon/salle à manger avec smart TV 55 pouces, Fibre. On peut se garer juste devant sur le trottoir. Les draps sont fournis mais pas les serviettes de toilette. A 10mn à pieds du centre ville et de la gare ,20 mn du Futuroscope en voiture, 30 mn de Poitiers et Chauvigny, 45mn de Tours.

A garage is available if you want to put equipment or a 2-wheeler in it. The Space: An open living-dining room and a beautiful equipped kitchen. 2 beautiful bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a single bed (+1 pull-out bed) and a desk.

We have many misadventures with tenants who arrive several hours late. Thank you for your understanding.

Comfortable accommodation for the moment does not displease the traveler. The summer makes it nice and cool in the event of a heat wave. It may be suitable for students since I am very close to the station. During the Covid period, I follow the cleaning protocol for the well-being of everyone.
