Warm welcome ,small comfortable and quiet apartment, close to the city center on foot. Close to Bourges (10 mins ) that we visited on foot as well as the marsh. Thanks to Cath, very friendly host, we recommend this lovely place.

Had a nice stay at Marie Ève's. She is a very nice and welcoming host. The accommodation is a 2min walk from the train station, very convenient to catch your train at the last minute. All amenities are also close to the listing.

We've never rented a place of this quality and cleanliness. The accommodation is nice, functional and spacious. Amenities are as described. Chantal is responsive. We were going for a family weekend at the Beauval Zoo located about 20 minutes away. It was perfect. Chantal even recommended us a restaurant nearby "Le Carpe Diem", very nice brewery and welcoming staff. I would recommend it 100%.

We were hosted very well by Christophe, with whom communication was fluid from the beginning to the end of the stay. The house is big and nice, we were able to enjoy the garden and terrace all weekend. A real pleasure:)

We had a great time! The space was spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate our whole family. We particularly enjoyed the spa, sauna and heated pool, which really helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We were quiet without any cars or anything, not a single noise, perfect! The hosts were very friendly and warm, always available and welcoming. A big thank you to them for their hospitality — we highly recommend this place!
