Aux beaux jours, une belle et grande piscine vous attend ( à partager avec nous). Le logement se situe au coeur du Poinçonnet, en lisière de la forêt, idéale pour les promenades mais proche des commerces essentiels.

It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.
