Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

Large house composed of two apartments. The one we rent is on the ground floor (about 110 m2), and ours is in the other part of the house, on the first floor. The rental apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms with 140 beds, plus another room with 120 bed and 1 90 bed, a bathroom, a toilet, a large living/kitchen area, a 40 m2 veranda, a wooded park with large 5X10 pool. Sunbathing with cushions and gas barbecue available.

Loue agréable maison familiale entre Vercors et Ardèche, à 5 mn de la gare TGV et 15 mn de l'autoroute. Venez vous ressourcer au milieu des vergers, idéal pour un séjour détente ou professionnel. Possibilité de nombreuses balades, visites et découvertes de la région. Vous pourrez profiter de l'espace piscine et barbecue dans ce lieu très calme, jeux pour les enfants, baby foot. Notre jardin n'est pas clôturé.
