Behind the walls of our enclosed garden lies our magical place, suspended out of time. A magnificent 20-meter swimming pool stretches along the natural vegetable garden and the lush orchard, where nature gently marks the rhythm of the seasons. Here, everything breathes calm, greenery, and a soft poetry, in the heart of the vineyards. You will most likely come across our four little hens roaming freely in the garden, as well as the house cat – a discreet and affectionate companion who sometimes enjoys keeping travelers company. The saltwater pool, heated to a minimum of 21°C (from late April to September, depending on the weather), offers a long swimming lane perfect for relaxation. A barbecue, a ping-pong table, a few bicycles, and a large private garage are also at your disposal. The house is equipped with fiber internet. The television is connected to the internet but does not receive national TV channels. Location Located in the heart of the charming village of Jurignac, the house is only 20 minutes from Angoulême, a characterful town perched on its plateau, famous for its Francophone Film Festival, the Circuit des Remparts, and the unmissable International Comic Strip Festival. You will also find numerous museums and architectural treasures there. Nearby, enjoy water activities at the Châteauneuf lake, or discover the great Cognac houses, carrying on their traditions all around the property. Bordeaux is 1 hour away, Cognac 40 minutes.

The Little Secret

We welcome you to our "Maison du Gardien" ( The Caretaker’s House) a 19th Century distiller's house which has been lovingly renovated to create a place of contemporary design, contemplation and relaxation. Located next to our own home you can enjoy an evening meal on your own private terrace but also get the use of our pool, gym, bikes and parking on our gated property. The two bedroom house is light and airy with beautiful views over our garden which reaches down to the river Charente.

The Chabourne of the City Walls

Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Charente, this authentic fully renovated chabourne offers panoramic views of the Charente valley and the river, which you can contemplate from the terrace. Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and guinguettes... In summer, our village has everything you need for a paradise! A real cocoon, the wood-burning stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

Gîte Annexe du Pont de la Charente

The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!

We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

The access to the house is located in a large orchard without opposite or close neighbor and near the swimming pool, fruit trees and vegetables. We hear the silence and the birds A garden furniture and a barbecue are available. The 'city' is 15/20 minutes on foot. The car can be parked at the foot of the entrance.
