You will have 2 bedrooms (2 queensize beds), 2 bathrooms (shower, sink) and one separate WC, many amenities (dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine etc.) and also an elevator. Stacked apartment with 1 bedroom now air-conditioned (new since May 2023) in the historic center of Avignon, with a mix of contemporary & typical Provençal touches. Located in a pedestrian street just 5 minutes walk from the Pope Palace. There is no car park in front of the building. Public car parks are at walking distance. The apartment is located on the 4th floor without lift, which offers stunning views on the Pope Palace & the roofs. Very Quiet.
