Ideally located in the center of Périgord and all the sites that make it rich, our house, Chez Colette et Mimi, is an outbuilding of one of the most beautiful areas of Périgord, La Chartreuse du Maine. As in the early 18th century, here everything breathes peace, harmony and beauty. It's the perfect place to recharge and radiate as you discover the beautiful Dordogne region. Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.

The cottage "La Petite Maison", 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the middle of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, just 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying here for its comfort and tranquillity, with its south-east-facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden (not fenced). PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

At 8 minutes from Perigueux city center, you will find this cozy new apartment (on the second floor) with all the amenities as shown in the pictures. Close to the city center but still rural. The grounds with parking have several terraces; one with sun loungers, one with a lounge sofa/chairs, a separate covered terrace with dining area and a terrace by the pool, all to relax. For the enthusiast, there is an 18-hole golf course 6 minutes away.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
