Beachfront holiday rental in Château-d'Olonne, Les Sables-d'Olonne

Pleasant and functional apartment, very good for a holiday stay, in addition with a small terrace to get some air. Very well located, in a small, very quiet street, 2 steps from the city centre and close to the embankment. Amandine and Lilly from the concierge are very responsive, which we appreciated following a hot water problem resolved very quickly despite a holiday!

The host met us upon our arrival and showed us around the spotless apartment. It is situated 3 minutes from the beach and is just as close to bakeries, cafes and restaurants in the small town. We missed the fact that towels are not provided, but the host was kind enough to lend us two of his personal bath towels. Whoever translated "deux chambres" from the French to mean two bedrooms was mistaken, since the abode has only one bedroom and no other, but a living room. Thank-you, Laurent, for lending us your towels, which helped make our stay at Les Sables more enjoyable!

Beautiful accommodation! The apartment is spacious, very well decorated and very clean. The location is ideal. A beautiful address in St Gilles! We'll be happy to go back!

Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbour are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with any number of trips.

very good weekend of the ascension in this accommodation. two adults and 3 dogs it's really great. the linen and towels provided were really good the laundry. rental next to the leclerc and many shops as well as the port and the chaume (I have been coming to the sands for years and this is the first time I have a rental on the Olonne side) maybe we will come back

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the island of Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental right next door, friendly). The little extra is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

we had a great stay and were greeted with a lot of enthusiasm from Sophie and her family members. it is a small space where you can gather and relax in simplicity and the beauty of the setting as well as the comfort of the pool make it a little very warm

Great apartment, in a residence with swimming pool, pleasant when returning from the beach. The accommodation is larger than in the photo and close to all amenities thanks to its two bikes where you can reach the beach and the embankment in less than five minutes! Super practical when you know that everything is now done to promote soft mobility in Les Sables (impossible to park by car). Recommended.

The accommodation matches the photos, the view is beautiful! Ideally located near the port, perfect if you don't want to use the car for your stay (free shuttle nearby). The only downside is the sofa bed which is not comfortable, the pillows which are in very poor condition and the shower which lacks power for my taste.

We had a great time with friends. The house is in a very good location. We went on walks and bike rides without ever using the car. The house is even prettier than in the photos: decorated with great taste, well-equipped, functional. We recommend Anita and Rodolph's house.

Dragos is a remarkable host: very responsive from the time of booking, with clear information and useful PDFs. The self check-in with code lock is very appreciable. The accommodation is new, clean, well arranged and pleasant to live in. Only downside: the absence of a washing machine, while the presence of laundry in the info could suggest otherwise. For a short stay, it's manageable, but beyond three days, it would be missed. In terms of location, we are 10 minutes' drive from the beach (30 minutes' walk) and less than 10 minutes from the zoo: a real plus! The price (€320 from Friday 11 p.m. to Monday morning 11 a.m.) amounts to more than €100 per night without benefiting from a full day on either Friday or Monday, which may seem a little high.
